Incredible service from Styn. Got locked out and he couldn’t get to me straight away so he gave me some tips to try and fix the problem myself first. What a decent man. When you have an emergency you worry about what it’s going to cost you but Styn isn’t there to rip you off, he has very reasonable prices if you need him and is most importantly kind and decent! Today I came in to Albany locksmiths with a snapped key for my van dead locks that was also covered in super glue as I stupidly tried to bodge it. At first it wasn't looking promising but with the expert skills from Tony he managed to re-cut the key. Some kind of magic if you ask me. I've learnt a valuable lesson. Don't glue your keys back together people. Not only was the service cheap and fast but Tony was a very professional polite guy. Tony was brilliantly helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He talked me through removing a lock barrel so that I could take it to him in the shop where he was able to select a suitable replacement together with new offset door handles. He then flagged up a couple of important points to bear in mind when I was fitting them to the door. Both points were vital in being able to complete the installation myself instead of needing to call them out. He also happily trimmed a couple of bolts when it turned out they were too long for my door. I wouldn't have been able to complete the task without Tony's help and advice so I'm a very happy first time customer who will definitely return. Many thanks for the fantastic customer service.

George came out and looked at my front door issue very quickly - the same day as I called him. Did an interim fix and then came back and fixed it properly (exactly when he said he would!). Lock jammed in double glazed door, glazing firm came out and told us needed entire new lock from top to bottom of door and they would get back to us with cost. After three weeks of contacting them, they then said the part was no longer available and solution may be new doors costing maybe £3000. Contacted premier locksmiths Tring and George came out. The door was fixed and needed no parts, and was all done speedily and in an honest and businesslike way. I can thoroughly recommend Premier Locksmiths, Tring, and George, and thank him for his great service.

Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, called Chris and he was so nice on the phone. No call out fee, great communication and showed up within the timeframe provided. Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!

Super efficient really honest and friendly. We managed to break our car key and lost the blade. We put a call in at 21:00 and Stuart called just before he turned up. The wait time was about 45-50 minutes and he managed to sort a replacement key out in about 25 minutes. Excellent work

Many thanks for your help with my Audi A1 key. I bought my car with 1 key not working and headed to an Audi dealership to change the battery/reprogram in order to work. They said this can't be reprogrammed as it was faulty and it will cost £250 for a new key! I knew Matin Minit would be a good call as I had been to see him before for a previous key I needed replacing. Anyway, he was able to get the original key working again for a fraction of the charge! We called Ozlocks due to locking ourselves out the house. It was 1630 on a Friday in rush hour. Chris arrived in less than 30mins. This morning the lock for the front door stop working and couldn’t get the door closed. I’ve called Chris and came in in less than 20 minutes. Fully repaired the lock and left is as new. Highly recommended if you want someone competent, honest and reliable.
