Tony was brilliantly helpful and knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He talked me through removing a lock barrel so that I could take it to him in the shop where he was able to select a suitable replacement together with new offset door handles. He then flagged up a couple of important points to bear in mind when I was fitting them to the door. Both points were vital in being able to complete the installation myself instead of needing to call them out. He also happily trimmed a couple of bolts when it turned out they were too long for my door. I wouldn't have been able to complete the task without Tony's help and advice so I'm a very happy first time customer who will definitely return. Many thanks for the fantastic customer service.

I had a couple of interior door handles where the springs had broken after 15 years use meaning the handles would not return to the horizontal position. These guys managed to make new springs for each lock which now work better than new. All done in a couple of days. Excellent service. Other locks about 50 years old still going strong unlike the more recent Chinese rubbish!! Highly recommended.

Lock jammed in double glazed door, glazing firm came out and told us needed entire new lock from top to bottom of door and they would get back to us with cost. After three weeks of contacting them, they then said the part was no longer available and solution may be new doors costing maybe £3000. Contacted premier locksmiths Tring and George came out. The door was fixed and needed no parts, and was all done speedily and in an honest and businesslike way. I can thoroughly recommend Premier Locksmiths, Tring, and George, and thank him for his great service.

Alex came out as an emergency within 15 minutes of my call. I had lost my key whilst out on a run and had no way of accessing my house. He was very understanding and was into the house within 5 minutes of arriving so I could get warmed up! He changed the lock and the job was all done within 20 mins of arrival. Many thanks for your help with my Audi A1 key. I bought my car with 1 key not working and headed to an Audi dealership to change the battery/reprogram in order to work. They said this can't be reprogrammed as it was faulty and it will cost £250 for a new key! I knew Matin Minit would be a good call as I had been to see him before for a previous key I needed replacing. Anyway, he was able to get the original key working again for a fraction of the charge! Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive.
