We have used First Call Electrical Services on numerous occasions now and we have found their work to be high quality and great value. They are always our first port of call for any electrical works. This time we used them for several jobs after a house move including a new electrical supply for an air conditioning unit, new spotlights, an additional power socket and repairing a faulty light fitting. Ross did a fantastic job doing some much needed maintenance in our flat, going above and beyond what I was expecting. Excellent communication throughout the process - the initial visit, quotation and even checked in after he had completed the works to make sure we were satisfied. Before the job took place, Ross texted me a diagram he had drawn of our boiler along with suggestions for improving it's reliability. For me, this clearly evidenced that he is meticulous and knows his trade inside out. We're doing some more projects around our flat and will 100% be hiring Ross again.

OHMS Electrical resolved an issue for me many months ago where my cooker suddenly stopped working. The matter was resolved quickly. I called them back again a couple of days ago to complete an EICR and once again the report I needed was completed quickly. Kingson formed part of a wider team for a large residential building project. My experience with Julian, Dave and the team was that they are the company you want every 'trade' to be. I found their attitude of 'nothing is too much trouble' both refreshing and reassuring. They were patient in helping me make choices about lighting groups, how to plan lighting around how you move between different areas of the house and just general best practice. The team were extremely professional, they managed to work respectfully around my wife and I who were both working from home and when one aspect of the project wasn't working as expected, they were back within 2 days with a firm resolve to fix (which they did).
