OHMS Electrical resolved an issue for me many months ago where my cooker suddenly stopped working. The matter was resolved quickly. Poped into the shop in St Albans on a Tuesday and the young lady I met was very polite and professional. Offered to send out a member of staff the next day to undertake a free assessment of my property for an ev charger install. Member of staff arrived the next day on Wednesday as agreed, very professional and knowledgeable. Received a very reasonable quote for the ev charger install by email on a Thursday morning after an on site assessment the previous day. I immediately rang to confirm I was happy with the quote and was thereon offered an installation of my chosen EV Charger on the same day. Within 30 minutes an electrician arrived at my property and installation was completed an hour later. Tradesmen get a lot of stick for being unreliable but these guys are top class and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

David is the electrician. I had problem with my outdoor lights and sensors. He came along at the appointed time and immediately knew what needed to be done. A week later he replaced the two sensors . His works was second to none. He left the place tidy. I will use his services in future and do not hesitate to recommend him. He is not a rip odd merchant.

Luke and the whole Deeks team did a fantastic job on our Solar and battery installation! It was quick, efficient and they tidied up after themselves. The solar PV system installed by Deeks for our club comprises 54 solar panels with a design annual yield of nearly 17,000kWh and batteries with storage capacity of 11.6kWh. The panels were installed on 3 sides of the 20 degree pitch hip roof. The installation was completed in November 2023 and has since operated reliably, with a daily yield (in March) of up to 60kWh. The installation team, led by Ryan, and under the overall supervision of Luke, were efficient, tidy and helpful. Our club are very happy to recommend Deeks as a high quality solar PV installer.

Craig upgraded the consumer units in my flat. He also conducted the initial electrical testing before I moved in and has undertaken other electrical jobs since. He is honest, professional, thoughtful, tidy and punctual . Ross did a fantastic job doing some much needed maintenance in our flat, going above and beyond what I was expecting. Excellent communication throughout the process - the initial visit, quotation and even checked in after he had completed the works to make sure we were satisfied. Before the job took place, Ross texted me a diagram he had drawn of our boiler along with suggestions for improving it's reliability. For me, this clearly evidenced that he is meticulous and knows his trade inside out. We're doing some more projects around our flat and will 100% be hiring Ross again.

Ross is an excellent, knowledgeable and extremely competent electrician. He fixed some wiring issues in our bathroom and made sure it was safe and working correctly. He then diagnosed and fixed and underfloor heating problem we had and got it working. Such dedication meant he wouldn’t leave until it was fixed properly.
