I required a new fuseboard and some remedial works doing. On reaching out to Rose Thomas, Tom was exceptionally helpful and responsive in dealing with my request. Luke who did the work was very polite, punctual and efficient and did an excellent job. This was a very good experience and I would definitely use Rose Thomas for my electrical needs in the future.

Rose Thomas recently replaced our under cabinet lighting in the kitchen with LED lights. We are very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them thoroughly. The electrician who carried out the work was efficient and helpful and cleaned up well at the end of the job.

I used Lewis of L Rix Elecitrical when I need to upgrade my electrical board after seeking 3 competitive estimates. Lewis was not only the cheapest but responded the quickest. On the day before he called me to reaffirm the appointment and on the day of the work he called me 2 hours before arrival to confirm again. When he arrived he was polite, carried out the work, offered some general advice and then left the area tidy. I couldn’t recommend his workmanship enough. Keep up the good work!

Used Lewis for several house upgrades. Honest, friendly and good value. He has transformed our garden with outdoor power outlets and modern and affordable lighting. He rewired our old flat too. Beat the prices of competitors and did a great job leaving no mess. Really impressed with his work and couldn’t recommend him enough. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

AMP is certainly the best Auto-Electronic company in Hertfordshire. In my VW Transporter T6.1 T 32 H Line Leighton Van, the start-stop and cruise control had not been working for six months. I went to VW Van and Commercial Vehicles; they kept the van for a day, performed a diagnosis, and I paid 300 pounds. They told me they had found the problem, but I would need to leave the van for a week. After seven days, I picked up my Transporter and, to my total disappointment, they told me the problem was unsolvable. A friend of mine , Kay Man,recommended AMP. After just one hour-long visit, Mark and Andy had already identified the problem. I left the van with them, and in two days, they resolved all the issues, including the VW update. They were brilliant, capable, and absolutely super competent. Highly recommended. Well done.

I shouted who's the Sparky in Screwfix as I'd seen a very cool logo on a van outside, that's when I met Luke (the L in LJ), the rest is history. I explained I'd been looking for an electrician and needed some work doing, but as I was going away he said "no problem I'll call you when you're back and pop round and have a look, I honestly though well he won't call, he did! And from that point on he and James have completed all the electrics in our new kitchen project, including a new fuse board (work of art see the photo) that James (the J in LJ) painstakingly wired. They have put power in the garden shed, and with the upgraded fuse board we no longer have any safety hazards. And they sorted all the safety certificates for the house. Yesterday they completed removal of all the old kitchen electrics and installed new equipment ready for its use as an office. So with the work complete it's only right to share the experience, as I know how hard it is to find a good electrician. I know I'm a fussy customer (a bit of OCD going on) but they have worked so hard to meet our deadlines and changing specifications, without complaint. They always explained why they do things in a certain way, and to be brutally honest I cannot fault them, both in the standard of their work and communication with us. So if you need an electrician I would look no further than LJ Electrical!

I purchased an Extractor fan for my bathroom. The advice I received was excellent. I mean what do I know about Extractor Fans, I'm no electrician. Based on the advice received I ended up with their number one selling fan at a great price. Fan is fitted and makes very little noise. Thank you Smart Merchants, the best in town.
