Was left with no hot water or heating due to a gas leak from boiler, Justin came out same day, was friendly, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. Managed to fix in first visit and got us up and running again. Appreciate it, would recommend.

Justin was such a life-saver. He came within 20 minutes after my husband and I had been having such a bad time with another plumbing company all day. We needed a plumber on emergency and Justin was just the right guy, he arrived quickly, with fast expertise, equipped with all the right parts for the job. Justin and Ollie carried out a boiler service for us and replaced a faulty tap on our bath. I’d used Justin previously for a severe leak in our bathroom and I can’t recommend him enough! Excellent service on such short notice!! We had a leak from under the bathroom sink at half 8 on a Saturday night from a push fit joint on a hot water pipe!! Herts 24/7 plumbing attended within 20/25 mins and had the issue fixed within 1 hour of my initial call!! Out of Hours cost was reasonable compared to other plumbers. Good advice given and he was friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you so much - we will definitely call on you again for plumbing services!

Our boiler broke over new years and we called Stuart to see if he could come as an emergency call out. He came as soon as he could which we are grateful for considering the cold weather. He informed us that we would need a new boiler and managed to fit us in as quickly as possible to get our heating and hot water back up and running. He even dealt with organising roofers to come as our boiler is in the loft. Stuart is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we would happily recommend him.

He was very prompt and professional and able to explain the issues to me very clearly. The work carried out was great and reasonably priced. I’ve known Lee for a number of years where he was highly recommended by a friend Lee came to the rescue when my boiler had packed in and he installed a brand new one incredibly fast and great value for money. Thanks to Lee and Matt for a great job on a new boiler install. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional with such a friendly, chilled out demeanour. In just 2 weeks of reaching out to him, he provided a free call out and gave a no jargon clear explanation on my options and breakdown of work involved in replacing a very old boiler. I appreciate the responsiveness in answering my post call out questions and the efficiency in scheduling my job. Matt undertook the install, he arrived on time and was very respectful of my property, removing his shoes on entry. He took care in ensuring carpets on the stairs and floor tiles in the kitchen were covered with dust sheets. I was WFH, but Matt just got on with the work at hand. Despite the size difference (the new boiler being considerably smaller) and some pipework obstacles, he did a fantasic tidy job on the installation. He definitely takes pride in his work. Both Lee and Matt did a walk through of the new boiler system and how to operate the new T3 thermostat. Official paperwork, warranty, and certs were all sent timely. Love the new Valliant EcoFit boiler. It's super quiet compared to my old boiler, and the thermostat settings are easy to operate. Used these guys a couple of times now and had very good service. Lucy in the office was very helpful in quickly tracking down a radiator we needed at short notice. Plumbers Matt and Jack then came over to fit it among other jobs - they were extremely thorough and went around the whole house afterwards bleeding all the other radiators, checking the boiler etc which was not part of the job. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future 👍

We used Lacey Heating for a complete bathroom refurbishment. Fabulous work by Luke and his apprentices. We felt informed and involved all the way through. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and the attention to detail was excellent. I can’t recommend them enough.

Lacey Heating replaced our old central heating system - a task that nobody else seemed to want to take on! All the engineers have been extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly as have the office staff. There have been a couple of teething problems but these have been minor and sorted out extremely quickly.

Had a great experience using Chris with our gas stove installation in our newly purchased flat. He gave a fair price and stuck to it. Chris installed our new boiler and guided us through clearly what would be done as well as the best options for us. The work was so thorough, he even strengthened a wall for the new boiler position. I'm super impressed with the service I got from Premium Plumbing and Leak Detection. I recently had a persistent leak that another company had a hard time finding, and I ended up getting in touch with these guys. Basically, they located it in no time. Top professionals, you could really see they knew their stuff. They also gave me some instruction on how I could check for things myself in the future, and explained to me how the the plumbing in my newly purchased home actually worked (I think it was clear to them I was pretty clueless). Highly recommend. I found out we had a leak earlier this week and found Premium Plumbing and leak detection online - I called and they were at my property on the same day and stopped the leak. The leak was repaired quickly and I was amazed by how little destruction was caused to the house in the process. The issue was found and resolved within hours and you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened now. I can't thank paul and josh enough for turning our bathroom from tragedy into luxury. We went for a stone tile with a beautiful pebble rustic - everyone that has been round has commented on how stunning it is. They did everything, fixed the plumbing, fitted the vanity, the new plumbing and tiling - it's so beautiful and anything we asked for wasn't a problem. we have the most wonderful bathroom where I can now sit back, have a glass of wine and just enjoy my spa like bathroom. They did everything i needed in my house, changed radiators, fitted my dishwasher and washing machine as well as installing my sink and kitchen worktop so I could have my dishwasher. thank you guys. you have been a star.

We had a major leak with our mains pipe, I called Paul, within an hour him and his son came round to take a look. They quickly found the source of the problem and managed to get it repaired, working around their other jobs. Paul and his son came to us in the evening, soon fixed our plumbing issue, then spotted that the silicone around our bath was perishing, so did that at no extra cost. He's a genuine down to earth guy, and I highly recommend him!
