I had Kai and his team do a boiler conversion to install a combi boiler to free up space from removal of water tanks etc. He managed to fit my appointment in very quickly and the team completed the work in just over 2 days, including replacing all the gas pipework. Each day the team turned up on time, completed the work and tidied up after themselves, keeping me updated on all the progress throughout. Very happy with the job and will use the team without doubt for any other plumbing related work in future.

After our boiler broke down, Kai and his team were able to install a replacement at short notice. We took the opportunity to replace our gravity-fed system and shower pump, with an unvented cylinder, all working perfectly.

We hired Kai and team to re-do our bathroom for us. They helped us with ideas on things to include such as some ambient lighting on a PIR system and a TV to watch in the bath! The work started quickly and was done within the time quoted which was very appreciated since it was just before Christmas and also just before a new baby for us! Kai and George were lovely throughout and very hardworking and tidy! No bother to have them in the house at all. The finished result makes me feel like I have a spa in my house and I am delighted! Would highly recommend this company for whatever you need (we used them for many smaller jobs before the full bathroom redesign). Professional, kept to quoted price and time, tidy and hardworking.

Kai was amazing! He came out and assessed the situation late at night when I lost water to the house, realized it would need more time to fix and returned the next day with every possible tool imaginable. After hours of hard work, the problem was solved. Kai was extremely professional and pleasant throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Steven fixed a problem with the pump on my hot water system that kept failing by noticing the pipes were poorly routed and rerouting them. Problem fixed! Excellent plumber..explained everything he was doing!

Having moved into our new home, we found a leak on the soil stack. We called Steve not knowing any other plumbers in the area. He found what caused the leak and gave a full explanation of what had caused the leak and talked through how he was repairing the leak. He worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up after him. Our boiler was on its last legs, and the day was saved by Yunus! He has replaced our boiler over a period of 3 days, cleaned the system, and even got the old radiator that hasn't worked since we moved in 4 years ago to work! There was an issue with the shower, but it was very quickly resolved as well. Every day he cleaned up after his work, and was very tidy throughout the day, which was great, you don't get that very often! Our new boiler is fitten with HIVE, which is great, and it all costs exactly what the quote said it would cost, which is again, doesn't happen very often these days. Boiler was registered, everything was explained to us, all around great service! Look forward to having him back to inspect the boiler annually.

Following a burst water pipe under the kitchen sink, Archway heating and Plumbing services were really quick to come round, asses the work required and then fix. The quality of work was of a really high standard and Kiani was really nice and friendly too. I will definitely contact them again for any future work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Michael did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is brilliant. I'm a very fussy and particular in what I want. Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. Going with his recommendations and putting trust in him, I could see he was right and I'm much more greatful for it. He has done a brilliant job on the plumbing, kitchen fitting, custom cuts for lights, architectraves with all custom continuous groves all routed in. I love it. Thank you again! I contacted LPS Plumbing & Heating to quote for a replacement radiator install and to fit a Hive thermostat. Luke and his colleague arrived at the time agreed and I arranged for the work to be carried out the following week. LPS Plumbing & Heating kept me informed of their time of arrival taking into account I am currently working from home in meetings. They respected my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. Their quote was very competitive compared to other plumbers in Stotfold. Luke is very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. Luke installed a new boiler in our home and I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He was extremely clean and tidy while working and he even cleaned my windows as there was a little dust from drilling. He was a happy worker and nice to have in our home. I have two dogs and he worked around them fine and was very aware of their safety if a door had to be opened. Great service!! Luke really knows his stuff about plumbing. Helped identify a leak for my mother in law and keeps her boiler serviced each year, even got the gas board to check her supply was sufficient. A real thorough workman who really goes above and beyond to help. Installed an outside tap for me and the pipework is straight and he was very tidy and he cleared up behind him. Despite a very old heating system and my having bought a faulty product, Luke was able to help me obtain a working product short notice, and returned when I’d collected it to finish installation same day. He also took the time to install it in the best place and cleaned up after the job. Going above and beyond to complete this was very much appreciated during cold weather, especially as it took a lot longer than we had bargained for. Would definitely recommend

Having Tom in the house while this big project was completed was an absolute pleasure and the workmanship was first class. We had neglected our heating for too long and a lot needed doing. Just had new boiler fitted by Tom. Great service all round, from initial survey explaining my options to final installation. Super tidy covering all surfaces/carpets. Great attention to detail with all pipe work really neat and clean (despite being hidden in cupboard!) Once fitted Tom spent loads of time balancing all the radiators to get the system working as efficiently as it could. Would definitely recommend.
