I cannot recommend Darren highly enough! There was a water leak coming from the master en-suite upstairs causing water and staining on the ceiling, and I fortunately found him on Google. Darren came to sort it as arranged, explaining what the problem may have been. He got to work on it straightaway, and kept me informed of his progress. He fixed the problem an hour later. When we experienced a leak outside our house, we contacted Tom. He came round very quickly and diagnosed a broken plastic pipe that was not an emergency. However, he repaired the pipe immediately. We were very impressed with the service we received and the quality of the work.

Would recommend Tom to anyone - extremely hardworking and thorough with his work. New boiler fitted to a high standard, ensured both hot water, heating and all radiators were working correctly before leaving. Also left the kitchen clean and tidy after fitting which was really appreciated. Could not fault Tom at all, thank you.

Having Tom in the house while this big project was completed was an absolute pleasure and the workmanship was first class. We had neglected our heating for too long and a lot needed doing. We chose exactly the right firm, someone you can trust to be around in the future, someone who knows what they are doing and someone that is nice while they do it. Just had new boiler fitted by Tom. Great service all round, from initial survey explaining my options to final installation. Super tidy covering all surfaces/carpets. Great attention to detail with all pipe work really neat and clean (despite being hidden in cupboard!) Once fitted Tom spent loads of time balancing all the radiators to get the system working as efficiently as it could. Would definitely recommend.

I also needed to purchase a few extra components during the renovation, and the team were so quick to respond and send over the additional parts (really appreciate that!). 16/12 - Ben installed our new boiler. He was on time, clean and tidy and explained what he was doing. Pricing was competitive. Very thorough with the power flush to the system. He also was responsive on messages to any follow up questions we had about the system. Highly recommend. 9/12 - Ben came out to fix some radiators, he managed to squeeze us at very short notice when he heard we had a little boy. He was on time, courteous and tidy, found a problem with the valve that affected water flow and fixed our issue. Competitive pricing and seemed very knowledgeable.

I was been looking for my heating to be serviced for a while. Searched on the website for someone I could trust to do an excellent job, as well as giving me feedback in layman's terms. Ben and Co came to my home, explained what was needed to be carried out. Pinpointed issues, no heat in three of my radiators. He was quick, efficient and reasonable priced. Of course, fixed the problem, parts on order. I would have no hesitation about recommending him to anyone. I do intend to use him again again, now I have found someone who knows his trade really well.
