I had an excellent experience with Crucial Plumbing and Heating. After returning from holiday, I discovered that my boiler was broken, leaving my house at a chilly 10°C. In a panic, I reached out for 24h emergency repairs and Shaun arrived within two hours, even though it was quite late in the evening. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, after discussing the costs and options for my 22-year-old boiler, we decided that replacing it was the best choice for us. Shaun provided valuable advice and quotes for several new models. Shaun was fantastic. We rang him on a friday evening and he was with us first thing the next day for a broken boiler. Ben, was really good, we had asked him reseal 3 showers including shower enclosures, water tight. He was really fast and efficient and had a good understanding our weak areas.. And he touched up odd cracks in the ensuites. Thoroughly recommend him.

16/12 - Ben installed our new boiler. He was on time, clean and tidy and explained what he was doing. Pricing was competitive. Very thorough with the power flush to the system. He also was responsive on messages to any follow up questions we had about the system. Highly recommend. 9/12 - Ben came out to fix some radiators, he managed to squeeze us at very short notice when he heard we had a little boy. He was on time, courteous and tidy, found a problem with the valve that affected water flow and fixed our issue. Competitive pricing and seemed very knowledgeable.

I also needed to purchase a few extra components during the renovation, and the team were so quick to respond and send over the additional parts (really appreciate that!). Despite a very old heating system and my having bought a faulty product, Luke was able to help me obtain a working product short notice, and returned when I’d collected it to finish installation same day. He also took the time to install it in the best place and cleaned up after the job. Going above and beyond to complete this was very much appreciated during cold weather, especially as it took a lot longer than we had bargained for. Would definitely recommend

Great service!! Luke really knows his stuff about plumbing. Helped identify a leak for my mother in law and keeps her boiler serviced each year, even got the gas board to check her supply was sufficient. A real thorough workman who really goes above and beyond to help. Installed an outside tap for me and the pipework is straight and he was very tidy and he cleared up behind him. I contacted LPS Plumbing & Heating to quote for a replacement radiator install and to fit a Hive thermostat. Luke and his colleague arrived at the time agreed and I arranged for the work to be carried out the following week. LPS Plumbing & Heating kept me informed of their time of arrival taking into account I am currently working from home in meetings. They respected my property, leaving everything clean and tidy. Their quote was very competitive compared to other plumbers in Stotfold. Luke is very knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice. Over the past 5 years LPS has carried out the installation of a new boiler, replacement of valves, radiators and taps as well as the installation of a power shower for us. Having moved into our new home, we found a leak on the soil stack. We called Steve not knowing any other plumbers in the area. He found what caused the leak and gave a full explanation of what had caused the leak and talked through how he was repairing the leak. He worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up after him. Steven fixed a problem with the pump on my hot water system that kept failing by noticing the pipes were poorly routed and rerouting them. Problem fixed! Excellent plumber..explained everything he was doing!

Have used Steve for quite a few years now, he did a great job replacing an old boiler and sorted shower pump and other issues. Steve has always been very responsive and fast to resolve anything that crops up and takes responsibility to get any issues sorted (In my case not through his own doing but with the boiler manufacturer). Thoroughly recommend is you want a job done properly knowing you have ongoing support, at a fair price.

Michael did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is brilliant. I'm a very fussy and particular in what I want. Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. Going with his recommendations and putting trust in him, I could see he was right and I'm much more greatful for it. He has done a brilliant job on the plumbing, kitchen fitting, custom cuts for lights, architectraves with all custom continuous groves all routed in. I love it. Thank you again! Following a burst water pipe under the kitchen sink, Archway heating and Plumbing services were really quick to come round, asses the work required and then fix. The quality of work was of a really high standard and Kiani was really nice and friendly too. I will definitely contact them again for any future work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
