Theresa has been our family dentist for years. She is always very understanding and sensitive to any problems. She managed to treat a tooth that other dentists had failed to do. She explains carefully the options available. Her assistant is highly trained and is able to quickly document.

Dentist Teresa and her nurse were amazing. They are really patient and listen to me. I went in feeling alot of pain and confused, left more reassured and in better mindset 🦋A big thank you from the lovely Admin at the reception to the nurses they are very welcoming💚

Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. From the friendly always accommodating receptionists (emergency appointments never a problem) to the lovely sho and exceptionally talented harps. From being an exceptionally nervous patient to now trusting harps to having the just do whatever attitude. The work he has done on my teeth, restoring the perfect smile and my confidence is truly amazing. Oh and there personalities and the laughter is thrown in also. I would never go anywhere else. Nav explained everything in a way my daughter could easily understand, which really helped calm her nerves. She and her assistant were incredibly supportive throughout—before, during, and after the procedure. A tricky extraction is now successfully behind us, and we’re ready for braces. The tooth fairy will be making her final visit… ever!

Just taken my two sons to Old Park Dental Surgery what a great experience. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the dentist and her assistant were fantastic. They kept us informed at the same time being very approachable. Excellent service.

I recently had an Implant at Old Park Dental. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. The clinic was clean and Dr Harpreet was amazing at explaining everything. Really friendly staff with a caring and professional approach. Shohaib the treatment coordinator was really lovely along the way, he ensured I was seen smoothly and explained everything so well. Absolute pleasure.

Dr Vernon is a very friendly and professional dentist. I was having issues with my wisdom teeth recently and I was quite concerned about having to remove them but Dr Vernon had given me reassurance that I shouldn't be worried about removal and gave me helpful advice on how to manage it without having to remove them for now, he told me that a routine hygienist visit will help so I have booked that with the practice. I also had my teeth removed by him a few years back for an orthodontic treatment (this was done elsewhere) I was quite worried and anxious as I had an issue in the past when I had my tooth removed. Dr Vernon made the process smooth and fast, and gave my reassurance during the tooth removal that it went by so quick without me hardly feeling anything. I couldn't recommend him more as a dentist to anyone. In addition to this, the rest of his team and receptionists are also very kind and welcoming and have always been helpful when arranging appointments. Thank you! :)

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent periodontal work I received yesterday from Gajen Raveendran. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and truly exceptional bedside manner, which I believe is the best I have ever experienced. As a nervous patient, I greatly appreciated how he clearly explained the issues to me without being condescending, all while remaining courteous and approachable. I cannot recommend Mr. Raveendran highly enough for his outstanding care.

The Vernon Dental Practice continues to provide excellent treatment and advice. The staff are friendly, professional and if you are nervous of going to the dentist they are incredibly sympathetic.

I hadn't been to the hygienist for a long time owing to a change of dentist practice. I was quite nervous as my teeth are supersensitive, but i needn't have worried. Lilia was absolutely fantastic - informative, thorough and very gentle. She did a brilliant job and I can totally recommend her - and Vernon's. Wonderful.

Excellent dental surgery. We have as a family been going there for many years. My daughter's urgency in needing to be seen was quickly actioned and to have the personal touch of the Sesh the principal dentist communicate with me & put my mine and my daughters minds at ease was amazing. The problem was quickly addressed and we were given the various options available as NHS & Private patients whilst we were there. No pushy sales which was also welcomed. Very welcoming staff on front desk as always. We left there feeling that confident that the work that needed to be done was in safe hands.

Stotfold Dental Practice is easily the best dental surgery I have ever been to… All the staff are lovely and so caring… the chap that has handled all my treatment is called Sesh Rao, but every member of the team has the patients’ best interests at heart… I have a major phobia about the dentists, having had some bad dental experiences growing up… But they really do put you at ease… I highly recommend them MR. I had a front tooth implant. Procedure is several sessions over 6/9 months as the bone needed to be strengthened and post set. A matching veneer was made and fixed. Match is very good and implant very comfortable. I am pleased. Great work, friendly treatment. Good dental practice.

Today I have completed further treatment, Suggested by Leena , as I wanted to have a filling from years ago to be re done to look cosmetically better than it was. Have used this Dental Surgery for over 2 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service from the Dental Hygienist, who is very thorough and explains everything really well. The Dentist Natasha is also very professional and has a reassuring manner, which helps put you at ease.

After years of avoiding dentists out of fear following a torturous experience with a dentist as a child, I finally had no choice but to find one when a badly broken tooth became infected. After hours of searching and worrying I found Mews Dental and decided to give them a try. I’ve been twice now, once for an initial exam and then to have the offending tooth removed. I can honestly say I felt nothing, the general anaesthetic wand was amazing and the tooth took seconds to remove, no stitches, no pain, no swelling, even two days on! I still have a few more appointments to go but now feel comfortable with what will happen and know I’m in good hands. I can’t recommend this dentist and the team there highly enough.

Many miles from my own dentist, I had an emergency when my temporary bridge fell out. I consider myself very lucky that I found Mews House online as they were able to give me an appointment the same day. Jannie was amazing, fixed me up in no time and has the most reassuring manner. All the staff were so friendly, I didn’t feel like a visiting stranger at all. Although I hope not to need to return, I would definitely choose this practice again.

My favourite dentist I’ve had so far in my life! Jannie is great and always so friendly, makes me feel so relaxed and although it’s not an NHS dentist I think the prices are very reasonable. The dentist is never the most calming experience but I’ve always been put at ease at Mews House and I actually enjoy going! Definitely recommend and hope this dentist keeps doing what they’re doing!

Bancroft dentistry Hitchin is an absolutely amazing dentistry. I have always been scared of dentist due to a bad experience as a child. I went to Bancroft in desperation after years of neglect. They made me feel so welcome. They listened to me, taking things careful and checking that I was comfortable throughout proceedures. I felt cared for, valued as a customer and respected. I've been going regularly for a few years now, they know me very well. It's like popping in to see your friends. There prices are very reasonable. Never had any problems getting in touch or booking appointments. I like to smile now, thanks to this great team.

The best dentists I’ve been to. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Sue at reception will instantly make you feel welcome and put you at ease, she is extremely helpful and always a pleasure to see. The dentists will explain all treatments clearly to you so you know exactly what is happening, and take your personal needs into account. The practice itself is pristine, and modern. I feel confident it Bancroft’s ability to offer me the best dental care.

Super easy to book an appointment. Reception staff are so helpful to work around your needs and diary! The visit it’s self was on time without any delay! Lauren was great ! Hygienist - first class service. 45 minutes visit and my smile was worth it !

I had to have an emergency appointment as I had damaged a tooth. Not been to the dentist for years as I am terrified. I got a next day appointment with Ricky. He was amazing. Totally put me at ease. I attend Hitchin Dental Care for specialist care having been referred by my usual dentist. I've been coming for a good few years now and am always impressed with the expertise of the Doctors and specialists that have treated me here. I appreciate the amazing staff who look after bookings and payments, they're always friendly and so efficient, there's always a warm welcome. I also appreciate the calm 'piano bar' vibe while you wait for your appointment. Nobody likes coming for dental treatment, especially when it might be a long surgical procedure, but the staff, environment and expert care makes it the best experience it can be.

Comfortable experience getting root canal pretreatment. Everything was explained in great detail and you never feel pressured to make a decision on the spot about the choices you have presented to you. If you’re a nervous patient like me, I highly recommend. All staff are lovely, friendly and polite and really listen to your concerns.

I received root canal treatment from Mr Mishra last November and had a final checkup two days ago. I cannot recommend Mr Mishra highly enough. The treatment was completely pain free and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed to in the future.

I don’t know if I could put into words how amazing Mr Mishra and his staff are. Had my second appointment for my root canal today, I was so anxious, literally a bag of nerves but the care, reassurance and empathy from Mr Mishra was incredible. I would not hesitate to go back if I needed to in the future. If you need a root canal treatment I would 100% recommend to go here.

I hadn't been to Purlys since 2010 and it was an amazing practice then ! But when i walked in to all the changes it just was fantastic ! The staff were all happy and friendly as they always were, and my treatment by Dr Anup & Shannon was first class ! both were kind and caring ,it was an A Class Service :)

Fantastic dentist. As an extremely nervous patient, I had a lot of anxiety going in but all the staff there have been fantastic. The receptionists have been wonderful and Dr Krupesh has been fantastic, firstly with putting my mind at ease, but also the treatments so far. Can't recommend them enough. I should have gone to the Dentist a long time ago and I'm so glad that Purlys is the place I chose when finally plucking up the courage to go.
