Shashi Mishra recently treated my daughter for a root canal treatment. Obviously my daughter was extremely anxious about the procedure, but his kind and caring approach really made a difference for her. She was made to feel so comfortable and the treatment she received was painless. I can’t thank you enough.

I don’t know if I could put into words how amazing Mr Mishra and his staff are. Had my second appointment for my root canal today, I was so anxious, literally a bag of nerves but the care, reassurance and empathy from Mr Mishra was incredible. I would not hesitate to go back if I needed to in the future. If you need a root canal treatment I would 100% recommend to go here.

Shashi is a top-notch endodontist. His operates using an operating microscope and has a cone-beam CT in his facility. His level of expertise is world-class and we are lucky to have someone of his calibre in right here in Hertfordshire. I had a complicated root treatment done with him and it was a complete success. I know of another person who has two root treatments done with him and both were complete successes. Root treatments are complicated and success is far from guaranteed. But with him you maximize your chance of root treatment success which saves you money in the long run. I wish I could give more than five stars.

I received root canal treatment from Mr Mishra last November and had a final checkup two days ago. I cannot recommend Mr Mishra highly enough. The treatment was completely pain free and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed to in the future.

Such a lovely experience at Arch Dental Care (how often can you say that about a trip to the dentist!). All the staff were so professional and friendly, and made m daughter feel at ease throughout the checkup. The dentist explained everything clearly and and my daughter left very happy with her trip! The clinic seemed very clean and well-equipped, and receptionists very helpful and approachable. Highly recommend for anyone needing a good dentist!

Bianca was firm but kind with my 4 year old son. This enabled him to have his most successful dentist trip. Bianca thoroughly checked his teeth and gums. The appointment was on the ground floor, which was so much easier than climbing two flights of stairs with a little one like we’ve had in previous appointments. Only improvement on this occasion would have been if the reception staff were a little warmer and more helpful.

A good experience. I had 3 teeth removed and a denture fitted. Anil was professional and very gentle. Unfortunately I got an infection but antibiotics were issued promptly and although it took a few days to sort itself out, I was given advice and follow up appointments to make sure everything was as it should be. Would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this practice for over ten years. I broke a molar which had already had a lot of repair work. Dentist Manish created a mould and rebuilt my tooth with Amalgam. It's probably one of the best teeth in my head. She is a great surgeon and craftswoman and specialist. I'm always happy to see her as I know the outcome will be the best possible. Mr Katchi too of course is great and fixed my toothache within 15 mins. Jackie on reception, is lovely, dedicated and a perfectionist and got me an emergency appointment during a very busy time. Thank you all, you now look after my entire family !

I needed an emergency appointment as I was in agony for what looks like nerve damage that will need root canal treatment. Fitted me in on the same day to deal with the pain (temp fix) fixed price (which was reasonable) x rayd, drilled, treated, pain free by that evening. Highly recommended!!!!!

Always scared of the dentist as my teeth are sensitive so when Mr Katchi said I needed them cleaned by the hygienist as I hadn’t been for a checkup since before lockdown and my teeth were badly stained, I wound myself up good and proper…however Rebecca was brilliant, she said it wouldn’t hurt at all and it didn’t ( and no injection needed). I thought my teeth discolouration was due to age but after about 20 minutes they look amazing and ‘no pain’ Why has it taken me so long to find a brilliant hygienist??, I won’t worry about going to see Rebecca again, in fact my teeth feel and look so good, I can’t wait! Highly recommended.
