My treatment for the past 2 years has been excellent from start to finish! Staff are friendly and make you feel really welcome and at ease Neil is excellent and I would highly recommend

I hadn't been to a dentist for too long and perhaps I was too embarrassed for the last couple of years. My initial phone call to the practice was extremely positive and friendly which helped me. It was the same when I walked into the practice, welcoming staff and calm atmosphere. Neil was so engaging and when he said, we'll give you your smile back, I never imagined how much he could achieve and it exceeded anything I thought possible. I cannot express how brilliant everyone is there. Neil is the dentist, but all of the staff have the same attitude, to help as he does.

Everyone at the studio are so amazing to deal with and friendly! I was terrified of dentists and having any procedure done, but I have been made so comfortable and calm, everything is so efficient which has encouraged me to set up a dental plan and complete Invisalign with them x

Only dentist I will go to after having such a bad experience else where. I've Neil he can never retire lol. Excellent place, staff are very friendly. Neil will also be up front and honest with u.. Never looked after my teeth so much since coming here. I have a dental plan and they call me to book the appropriate appointments. My children go there aswel. I will not go another dentist.. So if Neil retires I will not go to another dentist...

Historically, I hated going to see hygienists; I found them uncaring, and the visits were always painful. Yesterday, I visited the hygienist (Daisy) at this practice instead. I can honestly say Daisy has since changed my mindset; she is friendly, polite, caring and explains everything she is doing. She numbed the area so there was no pain, and she was very methodical when cleaning my teeth which now feel and look amazing!! I will highly recommend Daisy to all my family and friends....and to anyone out there who hates seeing Hygienists, then I can't recommend Daisy enough. The receptionist was very friendly too! 👍

Kinny always talks through what she is going to do and reassures you. I have great confidence in her abilities to give you the result you would like. I had a gap in my top teeth and had this filled in and I now have my perfect smile back! She is amazing!

Hemel Smile Studios (Marlowes) came to my rescue for a dental emergency! When I arrived at the Clinic, I was greeted by friendly competent staff and received an appointment almost immediately with Dr Shamir Shah. Dr Shah's warm and professional demeanour really put me at ease, and he was able to resolve quickly the issue of a dangerously loose orthodontic wire retainer behind my front teeth. In fact, I feel that the precise work that he carried out is better than the original orthodontic placements that were initially done by my Orthodontist in Switzerland. I commend Dr Shah for his excellent work and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled, highly trained and efficient Orthodontist-Dentist. I recently had a dental procedure at Hemel Smile Studios as part of my orthodontic treatment and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They made me feel at ease every step of the way, taking the time to explain the procedure and reassure me through the entire process. Their kindness and patience truly stood out, and it made a potentially stressful experience feel surprisingly comfortable. At the grand old age of 53 I have a smile I finally love and lots of confidence to smile all thanks to Mr Shah. After 2 years of fixed braces and regular appointments to fit around my busy schedule, Mr Shah and the dental nurses made this possible, never had any problems getting advice or my questions answered, no issues with scheduling appointments if I had to reschedule. If i had any problems with my dental appliances it was always sorted in a timely manner. I can honestly say from start to finish of my treatment it was never an unpleasant experience and wish I had done it years ago. Had my first visit to Boxmoor House Dental Practice, recommended by my mother. I was treated by Dr Charisma Patel and Dental Nurse Jodie, they were both so friendly and charismatic, making me feel like a life long patient. My check up as extremely through, every step and finding was clearly explained to me, I also had a dental hygiene treatment, I left with squeaky clean teeth. I could not recommend the practice enough.

Like most people, I have had some bad experiences at the dentist but Landmark is such a great dental surgery. The staff are so friendly and Raj is so kind and gentle and explains everything so clearly. Jodie the hygienist is also much gentler than other hygienists I have seen. I would highly recommend.

I have been going to Landmark Dental and its predecessor for many years. Amit and Raj are both excellent. They explain everything clearly and make sure you are comfortable with any proposed treatment. They are fully supported by a welcoming and equally professional team. I received a re-root canal on the molar, previously root canal treated when after 12 years started getting returning infections. Found Landmark Dental on Google, as it was one of my closest and the competency of the clinic seemed high. Was presented with detailed treatment plan, which was fulfilled 100%, all staff was kind, friendly and competent. Put me at ease, as I was nervous about the treatment. Dr. Raj provided an excellent service, organising extra prescription at short notice and kept checking on me numerous times, to ensure that everything was OK. All roots were filled. I am pain free and waiting for the last check before the crown can be replaced. Would highly recommend this clinic if you require a root canal.

I visited Landmark Dental in Apsley, where I met Dr. Amit. He did a full review of my teeth and mouth and guided me through the steps and processes. For my initial treatment, I met Dr Raj. I have always experienced significant dental anxiety, relying exclusively on sedation for any dental treatments. However, during a recent procedure, I opted for a local anaesthetic, and Dr. Raj’s exceptional care made all the difference. Throughout the treatment, he consistently checked on my well-being, asking every minute or two if I was okay, which was incredibly reassuring. Currently there as an NHS patient and I'm so impressed. Staff are polite and so helpful, and Dr. Patel has been so resssuring regarding my treatment. I've needed an emergency appointment and was seen the same day, and they're always so reassuring and friendly when my dentist shy toddler has a check up. I have had a very good experience with hemel smile studios. Especially Ashlie who has helped me through the whole process of the cost of the retainer, the process of what will happen and spoke to me the whole time i was waiting for the dentist to come out to help calm my nerves and all around was extremely helpful. Today I got to see doctor Mihai by chance, and that was my lucky ticket. I had the crown of my front tooth fall out yesterday and it's just before Christmas! I came to the clinic recommended by my colleague. I did not expect that they would have a free place, but to my great surprise and greatest joy, the man who was booked for that time could not attend the appointment and I was immediately offered to go to the doctor. The doctor is very positive, polite, cheerful, and most importantly - professional! offered several ways to solve my problem, most importantly at an affordable price. All ladies are so kind as well. A 5 Star service, The team at Maylands Dental and Aesthetics are fab from the initial discussions on WhatsApp on what I was looking for to attending the clinic. Meeting with Dr Nik and his help in getting my perfect smile has been effortless and made me feel at ease from the first meet. On the day I went to have the composite bonding done Dr Nik and Lara were lovely. The overall session took 3 hrs and I've never felt so relaxed in a dentist's chair before. Leys Road Dental practice have been brilliant...Yasmin Jamil my dentist is just amazing. I had an appointment last week and we encountered some unforeseen difficulties in removing one of my teeth and Yasmin spent ages with me getting things right..she is a perfectionist and even spent her lunch hour re adjusting my temporary tooth. Practice nice and clean and modern!!! Reception was great and i had an hygienist appointment with Anna. Anna and the ladies assisting were lovely! Anna is very friendly and puts you at ease whilst doing the treatment and recommendations were great 😊 Anna did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and was reassuring me throughout the treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist was very proffesional and caring. I was put at ease during treatment by being informed of every proceedure she was about to do. The provision of a tv screen above your head was a great distraction from the proceedure in progress. A very comfortable experience.

After hearing the lady before me’s comments to reception about her experience with the locum hygienist, I informed reception that I did not want the same experience and she was remarkably understanding and professional. Huelwen was brilliant, as always.
