I attended the Wheathampstead dental surgery as an emergency appointment, I am by nature a very nervy patient,my usual dentist was away so I had the the locum I must admit she was delightful she put me at ease and I felt very secure in treatment,I must give a shout for the lovely Tina she is always so reassuring and kind,Mel is always a so kind and welcoming. For a terrified visitor to the dentist ,I really didn't need to have worried . Thank you. Maureen

My teeth have suffered since pregnancy, so I needed 4(!!) fillings. Arjun was amazing. I’m a nervous patient, and he talked me through every step. Having Ruby by my side also kept me calm. Thank you both.

Excellent service got my denture done with in a hour so happy with the fast service definitely would recommend didn’t want to be with out my denture too long will be using again when needed

Amazing service! Booked the day before and following day I had an appointment and replacement denture all done within 3 hours. Contacted Paul when I was due to have extractions as my NHS dentist had said they couldn’t give me dentures for three months, he reassured me he could make something work for me with my partials I already had, I had the extractions and saw Paul 4 days later he fitted me in on a Saturday, we agreed on a new full top denture he did the moulds while I was there, I went back an hour later for fitting checks and agreed I would collect in 5 days!! He went above and beyond to create a smile I’m happy with and reassured me through the whole process, we travelled from Norfolk to him and I would go back in a heartbeat, such a kind considerate and caring man. Highly recommend

I've been Alan's patient for years and years. He's kept my teeth in excellent condition with 6 monthly check-ups, and the staff are always friendly. I always get my mouthguards from him and he did a great job when I lost a front tooth years ago which he replaced with a Maryland bridge (whatever that is!).

I get really anxious at the dentist, but the team made me feel so relaxed and looked after. Kind, patient and gentle! Highly recommend for nervous patients.

After years of tooth grinding I decided to have the damage to my lower front teeth repaired. Saneel was amazing extremely professional with great attention to detail, he explained all the steps involved very clearly. I had the opportunity to “try out my smile” to see the final results before committing to the full procedure. The results were amazing my teeth now look how they looked 10 years ago and the finish is natural my only regret is that I didn’t visit Saneel sooner. I was concerned about any future damage through grinding and Saneel measured and supplied me with a retainer/tooth guard to protect my teeth I have now been using this for over 6 months and have experienced no damage to my new teeth. Excellent dental practice. I am a very nervous patient (after some bad experiences at the dentist during my childhood and other occasions at other dental practices). Wayside really puts me at ease and listens to my fears. My three children, now in their 30s have always gone to Wayside and enjoy going! They also have no fillings!

I am have been using the Wayside Dental Practice for a number of years now and the service provided is always excellent. I recently had to undergo root canal treatment which was a bit daunting as it was the first time and a little complicated as the roots were difficult to trace. Amit did an excellent job in explaining the procedure and the approach to ensure that he had identified all the roots (4) to avoid future problems. It's been a couple of months since the treatment with no issues so great job Amit !

Great experience at Wayside Dental practice. Dr Nick Powrie did amazing job on composite bonding procedure to close gaps after my daughter's orthodontic treatment. She's very pleased with the results.

Hi Went to pure dentistry in harpenden yesterday and can't praise this dentist and staff enough , I had all my teeth extracted and honestly didn't feel a thing absolutely amazing. From the lovely Helen on reception a very professional and just all round lovely person to the dentists and assistant's upstairs who are outstanding at there jobs also lovely people. I cannot say enough to explain how good this practice is , a absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air , 5 star service very reasonably priced ,just doesn't get any better . My family and I absolutely love this dentist practice. Our wonderfully kind and gentle dentist, Shabaz, really takes his time to ensure you are comfortable, informed and treated with the utmost respect at all times. He is very careful with the children and knows they may be a little nervous, so he shows them courtesy and kindness which ensures they feel secure and relaxed as well. We also really like the receptionist! She is so efficient, professional and kind with a good sense of humour. Can't fault this dentist! If I could give 10 stars, I would. I saw Dr. Mohammed Isacc a few weeks ago due to severe pain, and he quickly identified that I needed a root canal. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which really put me at ease.
