I have been studying with Philip since Year 4 and have just accepted an offer to study Paramedicine at University. I had a difficult relationship with maths when I started with Philip as I had a bad experience with my school teachers and I can lose focus easily. Philip made the lessons so much fun and understood what kept my interest so that it didn't feel like a chore! He has seen me through my triple science and maths GCSEs and now my Applied Science BTEC. I also have interests now in science that I never would have had previously - and he has given me so much confidence! Never thought I would miss lessons - but I will miss his!

Fantastic service from the start. Organisation of the tutor and slot was easy and quick and Lucia has worked wonders with my 7 year old that was quite behind in many areas. Her rapport with my child is brilliant and it's never a 'chore' to have a session. There is laughter and fun every time which makes learning more exciting. Honestly the best tuition out there, they got me from a Predicted D to an A in a matter of months for my English GCSE- I was only expecting to leave with a C grade. The impact of this was long lasting as it helped me with my A levels and I am now going off to university. They are extremely friendly and understanding and suggest a number of resources which is just extra help to improve. They are the best tuition group out there, and I have unfortunately been through a fair few before reaching VAKS which do not even compare the the quality VAKS tuition can offer. Moreover, they are all extremely encouraging and believe that every pupil can succeed; even when they doubt themselves (which I certainly did) and go above and beyond in order to help every individual student achieve what they require, if not better.
