I’ve been taking lessons with Angie for a while now and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. I can proudly say that I haven’t missed a single lesson since September 2024 when I started. She’s such a great teacher — funny, encouraging, and makes every class super enjoyable. Everybody is super flexible and even though we have a set time and day for the lessons, there’s always the option to be moved to other time/date to fit everybody’s schedule which is a big plus. The lessons are always a good time, not just because of Angie, but also because the people in the group are amazing. We have a lot of laughs and the vibe is just really positive. What I love is that we’re constantly being pushed just enough to keep improving, but never in a stressful way. There’s no pressure, just friendly motivation to keep stepping out of your comfort zone — and that’s exactly how you learn. I’ve studied other languages before and I can honestly say this is the best kind of environment for it. The lessons are really varied too — we do all kinds of exercises, both written and verbal, listen to recorded conversations to get used to hearing Spanish, freely talk, ask questions, explore curiosities, and so many other things. It never feels repetitive, and there's always something new to keep it interesting. My lesson buddies are awesome, and I genuinely look forward to every single class. It’s the perfect mix of fun and progress. At this point, it honestly feels like I meet up with friends once a week and this is thanks to Angie as she has created this awesome environment.

Angie is the best Spanish teacher, she is so lovely, friendly, helpful and very thorough - the way she puts the materials together and ensures all students feel comfortable in talking in a class is so amazing. Where do I start! Angie is a truly amazing teacher and person. I was a bit nervous to behind with but she goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone feels caught up and she makes the lessons very interactive. She creates a warm environment. I would highly suggest choosing her, because she dedicates everything to her lessons and to us. The lessons are very well structured and the flow of each topic moves swiftly through to one another, so that you can really understand how you are progressing. I think that having other students really helps because we practice with one another and learn from other peoples mistakes or achievements. We are given homework each week (don’t get put off by this - it helps to practice in your own time!) and go over it together in class before we get started with anything new. Angie has a background in languages and is very well trained and she puts her heart and soul into the lessons. I like how she sometimes sends us Spanish songs to listen to. Angie her self is adorable and we all love her. 😁

My daughter has been receiving 11+ tuition with ZHK for the last 10 months. The tutors are very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, her confidence has grown massively. ZHK Tuition is absolutely brilliant. My daughter Anabelle looked forward to learning with her tutor each week. Learning doesn’t come easy to her, often things would be forgotten and need repeating. But her tutor remained patient (always) and kept learning at her pace. Not rushing subjects until she was confident. She’s top of her class since her time with ZHK. Zamin is an excellent tutor. He has tutored my son for a few months and already my sons confidence in Maths has soared! He is really good at explaining difficult topics and caters lessons to the students individual needs. He gives feedback after each lesson and sends over lesson notes so you can go through with your child during the week. He takes genuine interest in his students academic development and gives great advice on how to achieve better learning. Highly highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Zamin and his team of tutors. My daughter has been with ZHK tuition for a year now and she loves attending every session. Even her teachers have noticed her become a vocal and confident young girl. Her lesson's are fun, productive and engaging for a whole hour, keeping a child engaged for an hour is impressive in itself. I get weekly updates after each session, and even though Zamin himself is not teaching my daughter, he will always check in or make time for any questions I may have. This Kumon centre has been extremely impressive since the new instructor took over. Kalpana is attentive with each student and genuinely invested in each child’s progress. This centre is always organised and welcoming, creating a positive and motivating learning environment. I’ve been working with Kalpana, as an instructor for the last 3 years. She’s been a fantastic mentor and has provided me with the support needed to get my centre started. She continuously provides me with support for the role and motivation to keep growing. Prior, I’ve worked for Kalpana as a class room assistant, in her first centre (Clayhall) where I worked with her for over 5 years. She’s highly professional and has extensive knowledge of the Kumon Math and English programme. She builds strong relationships with all of her students, allowing her to understand their learning needs to guide them effectively. The Kumon Center run by Kaplan is excellent. She is extremely supportive and hands on. My little ones progress is amazing. Kaplan is always there to guide and support. Specially happy with Kumon connect. Would highly recommend Kalpana.
