Lovely experience! The whole team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a check-up and was able to get a hygienist appointment the same day, which was really convenient. The dentist even swapped her lunch break to fit me in. I came back few weeks later for a filling. Everything went smoothly—professional, caring, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Been going for years and good dental care. The entrance is at the rear of the building, there is no customer parking, looks like a disabled spot to be used. I normally book the first appointment and still have a little wait so expect that, from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Getting a routine appointment works well and my wife needed a urgent one which was acomadated so it's working well. This visit I walked in and there was two receptionist, one on the computer, the other her phone and not for long, but to me it looked like, they looked at each other to decide whos turn it was to welcome me. It was proffesional but not friendly. While leaving a lady come in four hours early for her appointment and she was offered to return at the correct time or another appointment two days later. The Surgery seems very quiet for number of staff, there were two Dentist upstairs but as I left after my appointment, only one patient. I mention this as I believe they are not taking any more NHS patients, when it's looks as if they could. My daughter asked. They keeping my teeth healthy and in place so I am happy man.

My dentist, Mercedes Sarna, is by far the best dentist I have ever had in my 76 years. I trust her completely. She has a warm, calm and friendly manner which immediately puts you at ease. Her treatment is gentle, comforting and comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially someone who may be nervous of treatment.

I have used this practice for many years and always found the service, treatment and care to be 1st class. My appointment last November was a reflection of previous appointments, I had avoided booking an appointment despite being in pain for a period of time, the cause was quickly isolated and treated accordingly without being uncomfortable, the issue was fully resolved, leaving me pain free. The practice and its staff have the patients best interest at heart and treat them as if they are the only customer they have. I have recommended the practice to several of my family, friends over the years and the feedback is always the same, excellent practice!

I have been going to this practice for years and have received excellent care from Tolis my dentist. I have never had a cause for complaint. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years with good results. As I am a nervous patient I have been reassured whatever level of treatment needed. Great service and excellent dentistry. My tooth extraction was extremely well managed with minimum of fuss. The post extraction instructions as to how to manage the wound were very clear.

Fantastic man, from the start I was told step by step what was going to be done. In a week I had my top teeth taken out and a new set implanted. All of the staff were wonderful and to top it off I lost 10lb in weight due to only being able to have soup when the teeth were taken out.

Wouldn’t have any one else extract or perform a treatment plan. I’m an extremely anxious patient, Mr Al -Hashemi is aware of this and treats me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Clinically, he is undoubtedly the best oral surgeon I have seen. And I’ve seen many, including Harley St. His extractions are seamless. Fast, thorough, calm and empathetic. From a mouth of horrors following failed cosmetic treatment (elsewhere) he has attempted to rectify, both myself and family members are happy to travel to see him, as opposed to local services. Absolutely wonderful treatment by amazing Mr Shawqi Al-Hashemi and all his lovely team of nurses and receptionists. I had my first ever implant done and as if by magic I have a new tooth which feels and looks like my own.
