This is the 3rd / 4th time we have used Gas Flow and the service is always first class. If a call out is made early in the morning they attend the property same day. Engineers are always polite and professional. Would have no issues at all recommending them to family and friends.

Our hob suddenly had a gas leak the day before Good Friday. Cadent turned off our gas leaving us with no hot water over the Easter weekend. Chances of getting a gas engineer to come out at 4:30 pm were next to nothing. That was until I called Gas Flow. Miraculously, they were able to help!!! Reece attended within half an hour from my initial call. He was superb, friendly and efficient. Our gas was turned back on. We cannot recommend Gas Flow highly enough.

Had a completely new boiler and central heating system fitted by GasFlow 3 years ago and have just had it serviced again by them. Chris the engineer today was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to have in the house, he wore shoe protectors and even sorted out our heated towel rail for us. We got a fully detailed list of what he did including photos. We’re well chuffed and always recommend GasFlow when we can.

Can thoroughly recommend JLG Plumbing and Heating having just undertaken renovations of two bathrooms in our home. James and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Great communication and advice, friendly, polite, knowledgable, clean and tidy and professional. This was a huge undertaking (both bathrooms were totally ripped out and renovated from scratch) yet it didn't feel it at all due to the teams efficiency and professionalism. I would recommend James and his team to anyone requiring plumbing/heating services or wanting an entire new bathroom suite!

My wife and I used the services of JLG Plumbing & Heating recently. Jim was particularly helpful and gave great advice on heating and radiator issues. Absolute Top Quality with Top Plumb Hired this company on recommendation of another local plumber who didn't cover my area, and from the initial email with Office staff, Kevin visited and discussed my requirements and gave recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered honestly and quickly. The quote prepared was in the middle of two others, but as Kevin explained the pros of my boiler and the benefits it would give I decided to hire them. The workmanship from all members who visited my property was 1st class, the carpets were protected from the start and the work done to the highest quality and everything was left clean and tidy on departure. I will be using them again in the future for my annual servicing, as they are a company I would highly recommend to others and the staff know what they are doing and the service top class. Its not always easy to find these days, so keep it up and keep doing what your doing!

Kevin and Andy are the best team to work with to install a new hybrid heat pump. From the heat loss survey through to installation was about 4 weeks and the work they did was of extremely high quality. They’ve really helped me reduce my bills but also get a new reliable and well installed system in place that provides great heating and loads of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Two of the best Heat Geeks that’s for sure!!

Our hot water cylinder developed a leak leaving us without hot water. Troy came out quickly, diagnosed a problem that was causing the cylinder to continue to fill even with the hot water turned off. He fitted in the work to install a new cylinder, working into the evening to complete the work and then coming back around midnight when a leak developed in a joint. Second time we've used Troy. Highly recommended.

Troy helped us replace some old radiators with new ones, remove some old sinks and modify existing plumbing. Troy is a really approachable guy and did a great job in good time. Would recommend.

Great service from Wes and the Hemel team. Replaced old kitchen tap and sorted out a leak from old pipe. We then found another leak a week later and Wes came next day to sort this as well. Quick and reliable, highly recommend.
