Had a completely new boiler and central heating system fitted by GasFlow 3 years ago and have just had it serviced again by them. Chris the engineer today was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to have in the house, he wore shoe protectors and even sorted out our heated towel rail for us. We got a fully detailed list of what he did including photos. We’re well chuffed and always recommend GasFlow when we can.

Our hob suddenly had a gas leak the day before Good Friday. Cadent turned off our gas leaving us with no hot water over the Easter weekend. Chances of getting a gas engineer to come out at 4:30 pm were next to nothing. That was until I called Gas Flow. Miraculously, they were able to help!!! Reece attended within half an hour from my initial call. He was superb, friendly and efficient. Our gas was turned back on. We cannot recommend Gas Flow highly enough.

We recently had a bath fitted, and it was quite a complicated job, but Bradley and Theo handled it with absolute professionalism and skill. They are both lovely young men—polite, hardworking, and a pleasure to have in our home. The attention to detail and the quality of their work were simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the end result is flawless. A true ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service! Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd / 4th time we have used Gas Flow and the service is always first class. If a call out is made early in the morning they attend the property same day. Engineers are always polite and professional. Would have no issues at all recommending them to family and friends.
