Unbelievable service! Our original boiler was old and on the way out, GV plumbing came and installed the new boiler - but also took time to check all the radiators and everything else we in order! I’ve added pictures just to show how it looked when they arrived to how it looked after - the pride they take in their work is unmatchable! Can not praise them enough - efficient, professional, trustworthy with the added pizazz and pride to finish!

I was recommended John through a friend and gave it ago and I do not regret my choice. He’s been so helpful from the very start I’ve learnt things I didn’t know about boilers. He’s got such a great energy and works really well and efficiently. The area was left tidy after his work. I would definitely recommend him for any heating & plumbing works. After being told by one engineer that he didn't want to repair our boiler and suggested I replace it with a new one I thought I'd get a second opinion. I found Gian (John) on Google maps as he had 5 star reviews and lives not far away. He very kindly called in on his way back from another job within a couple of hours of my call. Although he doesn't usually work with older types of boilers he quickly diagnosed what the fault was. He was a very pleasant too, and is my go to guy from now on!

I’ve been using DA Gas since March 2020 for various jobs, including fitting a tap to the complete renovation of my en-suite. Personally I would not use anybody else. All the staff have been wonderful, polite, professional and extremely competent. Huge thanks go to owner Dave, Michelle in the office, Nick & Danny (installers), Jordan (plasterer), Mitch (electrician), the flooring guys (sorry forgot your names) plus a shout out to Richard from All Colour Painting for organising the final piece, the decorating! I now have an en-suite to be proud of! Looking forward to using you again in April when I have my ancient radiators replaced with nice new modern ones. Recommend this company to anyone, no matter how small the job.

I am 100% Happy with DA Gas and glad I chose the company to do my chosen work. Danny & Nick fitted 2 Vertical Radiators plus chasing pipes into walls, they worked very hard from start to finish, a pleasure to have in my home. They were very tidy and polite, and didn't leave until I was happy. I also got to meet Dave and Kane who were also very helpful. Had a leak under kitchen floor. Louis came out quickly and located and dealt with a difficult repair which involved digging up concrete floor. Really nice guy and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend him and would happily use him again

Laurence, who responded to the emergency call, was highly professional and efficient. I’ve used his services before for an emergency situation, and he arrived promptly, resolving the issue quickly. Since then, I hired him to install a new boiler (switching from a system boiler to a combi), and he did an excellent job, ensuring all regulatory documentation was provided promptly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing or boiler services.

I called them 6 December midday as my central heating stopped working (faulty pump). Laurence said he would call out early evening which he did. He checked pump and confirmed it seized. He said he would provide me a quote for a new pump and cost to install and test. Next morning he did this saying he could carry out that evening. I accepted the quote £270 and he came along that night and carried out the work. Central Heating now working. Great response time and excellent work. Highly recommend this company.

We used Lacey Heating to fit our Air Heat Source Pump at The Sele Farm Community Centre. Tony and his team were professional and did the job efficiently and left everything looking very tidy. I would highly recommend Lacey Heating. Whenever we have an issue with plumbing Lacey Heating manage to get somebody to us very quickly and get the job done. Their service is very professional.

We used Lacey Heating for a complete bathroom refurbishment. Fabulous work by Luke and his apprentices. We felt informed and involved all the way through. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and the attention to detail was excellent. I can’t recommend them enough.

Lacey Heating replaced our old central heating system - a task that nobody else seemed to want to take on! All the engineers have been extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly as have the office staff. There have been a couple of teething problems but these have been minor and sorted out extremely quickly.

What happened when I called in this company. I asked this company to service my boiler as it would take 10 to 12 attempts to start. They turned my boiler off in the middle of winter and left me without heating for four days. They said it needed a new gas valve which they said they had replaced but the boiler started to do the same 10 to 12 attempts to start. I called in another gas fitter who said the boiler had not been serviced and the gas valve had not been replaced. Following my review the company said they were sorry that I had had such a bad experience and gave me a complete refund, you can't fault that.
