Lacey Heating replaced our old central heating system - a task that nobody else seemed to want to take on! All the engineers have been extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly as have the office staff. There have been a couple of teething problems but these have been minor and sorted out extremely quickly.

We used Lacey Heating to fit our Air Heat Source Pump at The Sele Farm Community Centre. Tony and his team were professional and did the job efficiently and left everything looking very tidy. I would highly recommend Lacey Heating. Whenever we have an issue with plumbing Lacey Heating manage to get somebody to us very quickly and get the job done. Their service is very professional.

Used these guys a couple of times now and had very good service. Lucy in the office was very helpful in quickly tracking down a radiator we needed at short notice. Plumbers Matt and Jack then came over to fit it among other jobs - they were extremely thorough and went around the whole house afterwards bleeding all the other radiators, checking the boiler etc which was not part of the job. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future 👍

We used Lacey Heating for a complete bathroom refurbishment. Fabulous work by Luke and his apprentices. We felt informed and involved all the way through. Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and the attention to detail was excellent. I can’t recommend them enough.
