Such amazing cafe on my door step, such lovely welcome from the staff and pull out all the stops to serve you with their upmost qualities, their menu states English/Turkish breakfasts, and much much more

This is our second time here. I heard about this place after someone posted on Facebook about how good it was. They were not wrong! We bloody love it here. There is a big choice of food, including a few Mediterranean dishes. The portions are big considering how cheap it is. The place is spotless, the staff are lovely and the food is gorgeous. Lots of homemade dishes. The last time we were here, I had the smashed avocado and poached egg, I was offered the choice of white or brown bread, which I thought was nice as most cafés don't offer this. The eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband had the sausage, bacon, and hash brown baguette. It was massive and really tasty. This time, we had the dinners. My husband had the curry, and he loved it. I had the lamb kofte, more expensive but only £11. it was beautiful. We both commented on how nice the rice was Definitely, we will come here again and highly recommend. Thank you

I was recommended this place because of the cheap prices and the large food portions. My gosh, I wasn't expecting it to be that big! It was far too much and it actually put me off a little bit😅 The salad was lovely and fresh and was actually my favourite part of the meal as my chicken was a bit dry and my rice a bit stodgy but I still enjoyed my meal. Also, I was pleasantly surprised when we were asked if we wanted chilli and garlic sauce. The staff were very nice and the place was clean. I will be returning, but I think I'll order something a little smaller next time.

Soul seed is a rare independent establishment that takes pride throughout the business. I’ve purchased some revive gut health products here and also had some fantastic coffee. Great products, super friendly staff. It’s just what you need in an ever changing world. A must if you fancy a coffee in the area! I look forward to my next visit :)

Had the most interesting chat of my life today with Gary. The knowledge this man has about alternative means to solving so many health issues is truely remarkable. Everyone should invest the very reasonable amount of money for a consultation. I can wait to start my new journey and really will be forever grateful if I can get my thyroid sorted without prescription pills.

Not usually one for reviews, but this amazing place definitely needs one!!! Sara and Gary amazing people so welcoming and their wealth of knowledge is unbelievable. They have helped me with something that even the medical people could not do with my son and his mental health. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have done. ❤️❤️ I cannot recommend Soul Seed enough, SO if you are looking for help with any ailments or just want to chill and have fantastic coffees/tea and other drinks and a brilliant feeling just being somewhere, please go you will not be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love it in here. Sara and Gary have been so welcoming and helpful in helping me select the right products for my condition and have been so understanding. They are both so supportive and amazing listeners. I have met some lovely customers in here too, it’s more of a family than just a coffee shop.

A diamond in the rough. A quality patisserie with tasty croissants, cannoli and other biscuits. Proper strong coffee too. Right in the middle of an industrial estate, I'm a little jealous of the people who work in this area! So friendly too.

I loved my wedding cake, it looked perfect with my wedding theme and tasted amazing. The cannoli were excellent too, all my guests commented on how much they enjoyed the wedding cake and cannoli. Delia was lovely and listened to everything we wanted. We were really happy with everything. I look forward to ordering more treats from this lovely patisserie. Thank you, Delia :)

Lovely breakfast, fried slice not so lovely (over oily) but I really like this place . If you like big meals this place is for you I felt bad leaving so much uneaten food but I wasn't the only one as the meals are massive. Brilliant that tea and coffee come with the meal too

Tried a new flavoured topping on my waffle last night ( not on the menu yet ) It is exactly the same …. if not better …of the famous Dubai chocolate… what can I say ?! Run don’t walk it was insane !!! Crunchy, sweet and totally delicious. Thank me later - you won’t be disappointed

Can’t lie i hardly order! But whenever i feel like a dessert this is my go to place while im at work! Although im from London I would drive down for the Cookie Dough!! Slaps different🔥

Used this cafe several times now. Always good food & fast, friendly service at reasonable prices, the pasta carbonara is excellent. Just be aware that the enclosed "garden" area on the side permits both dogs and smoking.

Perfect place to enjoy breakfast and coffee after a walk by the river. Definitely a place to come, perfect!!!

Generous and delicious cooked breakfasts, (one gf), eggs boiled to perfection, the non-gf one on nice sourdough bread. Coffee served in thick ceramic cups- vital to keep it at a good temperature and not tepid in minutes. Perfect break in middle of a 240 mile car journey.

In often pop in, normally for a drink, I'm yet to eat in but I can't wait, the staff are wonderful,it's a really chilled place, nice and comfortable too.

have been here many times and I love it. The food is always fresh and staff is friendly. They are very reasonably priced. You can get a 3 course meal for £9.50 and it’s very filling. At times I struggle to finish the main and the dessert. They are always busy but the staff is attentive and the site is clean. This is a family business and when I am available I always support. The owner works very hard and I love his passion :) PS dessert was carrot cake with ice cream today but no photo as we were too full and didn’t want to waste any food :)

In my view they do the best chicken kebab in hoddeston... With a lovely flavour. The staff are friendly and nice. We actually run the cafe across the road. We Love deer cafe. And eat out in all of hoddeston .. we support local businesses as they support us. Love rocka 77

The variety of hot and cold drinks is equally extensive, catering to all tastes and preferences. Alcohol was served at this cafè too, which we didn't order, but was available. Portion sizes are perfect – generous without being overwhelming. Every dish we tried was delicious and well-presented. While I can't comment on the cost since my son kindly treated us to lunch, the overall quality of the food and service suggests that Deer Café offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lunch place with a great dining experience in Hoddesdon.

Recommended by a local I was working for. £6.50 for a full English with quality coffee and bacon/sausage. Free parking but they only take "Cash Only". Very good!

Myself and my son come down for breakfast and we had a great meal. Staff were very friendly and the food was very good. Highly recommended.

Since my friend introduce me to the cafe I've been back three times and the food is brilliant, everything is well cooked and the staff are friendly and the food comes out quickly I'd recommend it to anyone

I visited the cafe for the first time last week. What a lovely place. Cozy atmosphere, and delicious food. Wide selection of dishes available. Will definitely be returning. The baked goats cheese with honey was incredible

Food is good and they use quality sausages. They are a bit stingy with the portion size but service is good. Hand sanitizer is available on entry and exit but I feel the tables could have been a little more spaced out.

Love the renovation and glad to see plenty of the old favourites on the menu as well as many new additions such as our delicious Turkish breakfast. We shall return
