Having recently moved into the area, we contacted Mark following an epic leak in our new house. We found Vital Plumbers via Google and couldn't have been more pleased with the service; prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and great value. Thumbs up from me - thanks again!

Vital Plumbers' Mark Smith took on the complete refurbishment of a 2-bedroom flat for us. This was a big job including a new kitchen and bathroom, complete rewiring and re-plumbing of the flat, structural alterations and decoration. Mark had some tricky issues to deal with which he handled impressively. He kept us in the picture throughout and responded courteously and quickly to our suggestions. He made himself available to see us. He is easy to work with and his competence and reliability made a job which we managed from 120 miles away much easier than it might have been. The job always felt under control. We very pleased with the end-product.

Removed a boiler and tank and replaced with a combi, Mark was straightforward from start to finish. We knew there would be some small complications but it was all dealt with very well, and I'm pleased with the results. Price was competitive and I got a similar priced quote from a bigger company, but I'm glad I chose the local option.

Ming was prompt on the appointment we made and so very thorough servicing my open gas fire. A local st albans man. I would recommend him, time and time again.Thank you Ming.

Contacted on Sunday for an issue that while was not an emergency, it did need fixing relatively quickly. It was fixed by Monday lunchtime as Ming was able to fit us in at short notice and juggle things around - very pleased with the speed and quality of the work. Also very happy with his approach and how clear he was in terms of what he would (and would not) do.

I needed bathroom taps replaced and the flush on the toilet fixed. All the work was carried out in a very professional manner. I was happy to leave Jack to get on with the work as I had to go out. When you don’t have a huge understanding regarding a technical issue in your home you look for someone who gives you confidence in their ability. Kareem, Right Plumbing Ltd, was a super young man and did just that. We needed our “rather mature” Potterton serviced, he was very thorough and walked us through the process. Then provided a certificate to confirm the service had been completed. We were very impressed with his manner and his skill - thank you Raheem. Definitely use the company again and highly recommend his business.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Excellent service from start to finish. I suspected I needed a new boiler when it failed yet again. Walsh came out the next day and talked me through all my options and fully explained everything. After deciding to go ahead they arranged it within a week to fit in with my work commitments. I was a little concerned when it became obvious that l needed to replace my boiler, regarding all the scams that you need to be wary off nowadays. I contacted several companies for advice and quotes. One company- Walsh Plumbing Ltd. (based in Stevenage) stood out from the rest. After discussing my needs with Dylan, (the owner) l felt comfortable with all he said, he did not try to feed me any B/S or sell me a system that l did not need (but would be a bigger profit for him). After discussions with the other suppliers l went with my gut feeling and contacted Dylan some six months after our initial contact. He offered to keep to original quote and arranged for the boiler to be replaced the following week. I am more than pleased with my decision, from Dylan to Gaynor, the receptionist (always polite and professional) and last but not least, Mikal (one of the service engineers), what a gem! Arrived on time, his work is immaculate. Walsh Plumbing were not the cheapest quote I had but their standard of work and customer satisfaction are second to none. l have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a Company such high ideals and standard of customer care. PS, l am not related to them or on a commission, just happy that l put my trust in them. Happy Christmas to all.

We contacted Paul based on a recommendation, and it's clear he's in high demand, which proves his quality as a tradesman. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to fit us in, and he did not disappoint! Working from home, I appreciated his flexibility to assist. Paul repaired the overflow of our bath, re balanced our radiators, and installed our new Quooker tap system efficiently. I contacted Paul after a complete boiler breakdown, based on good customer feedback online. He did a home visit within the hour, gave a very reasonable quote and fitted a new boiler within a few working days. He is polite, friendly and professional and explained everything as he went along. Our boiler was on its last legs, and the day was saved by Yunus! He has replaced our boiler over a period of 3 days, cleaned the system, and even got the old radiator that hasn't worked since we moved in 4 years ago to work! There was an issue with the shower, but it was very quickly resolved as well. Every day he cleaned up after his work, and was very tidy throughout the day, which was great, you don't get that very often! Our new boiler is fitten with HIVE, which is great, and it all costs exactly what the quote said it would cost, which is again, doesn't happen very often these days. Boiler was registered, everything was explained to us, all around great service! Look forward to having him back to inspect the boiler annually.
