Ming has delivered an oustanding level of professionalism in the care he afforded my wife's parents at a difficult time for them. Ming impressed us in his consideration and would not accept payment until the job was completed. The problem involved not only removing a heat exchange and adding a new pump but undertaking a full system flush. My father in law was in his last month of life and Ming was compassionate towards the family. Thank you for enabling his 92 year old widow to live in comfort at this sad and difficult time.

Contacted on Sunday for an issue that while was not an emergency, it did need fixing relatively quickly. It was fixed by Monday lunchtime as Ming was able to fit us in at short notice and juggle things around - very pleased with the speed and quality of the work.
