Excellent service. An engineer came out the same day as my call to inspect my boiler. I had no hot water. I was offered 3 options/quotations and they moved mountains to install my new boiler within a few days. The engineer was hard working, friendly and knowledgable, I would not hesitate to recommend this company

We had a leak in our hot water cylinder and were looking to switch to a combi boiler system. From the outset, the service from Dylan Walsh Plumbing was excellent. Dylan came out to scope the work and spent a great deal of time with us, explaining our options, testing the water pressure, and helping us identify the best solution to future-proof our home. We’d had other quotes from plumbers who spent less than five minutes on-site, knocked on a few walls, and didn’t discuss even a fraction of what Dylan covered. His attention to detail and expertise gave us complete confidence, we knew we’d go ahead with him before the other quotes even arrived. Gaynor was extremely polite and professional throughout and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. The whole process was well organised from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The work was fairly urgent, and Ross, the engineer who carried it out, did a brilliant job. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. After dealing with a number of plumbers over the past year, we can confidently say we’ve found a trusted company. Could not be happier with the service and will definitely be using them again!

I was a little concerned when it became obvious that l needed to replace my boiler, regarding all the scams that you need to be wary off nowadays. I contacted several companies for advice and quotes. One company- Walsh Plumbing Ltd. (based in Stevenage) stood out from the rest. After discussing my needs with Dylan, (the owner) l felt comfortable with all he said, he did not try to feed me any B/S or sell me a system that l did not need (but would be a bigger profit for him). After discussions with the other suppliers l went with my gut feeling and contacted Dylan some six months after our initial contact. He offered to keep to original quote and arranged for the boiler to be replaced the following week. I am more than pleased with my decision, from Dylan to Gaynor, the receptionist (always polite and professional) and last but not least, Mikal (one of the service engineers), what a gem! Arrived on time, his work is immaculate. Walsh Plumbing were not the cheapest quote I had but their standard of work and customer satisfaction are second to none. l have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a Company such high ideals and standard of customer care. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Excellent service from start to finish. I suspected I needed a new boiler when it failed yet again. Walsh came out the next day and talked me through all my options and fully explained everything. After deciding to go ahead they arranged it within a week to fit in with my work commitments. On the day of installation they arrived and everything went perfectly. Brilliant job, very happy with the price and the aftercare. They made a very stressful time a walk in the park!
