I had my radiators flushed as they've never been done and I've lived in my flat for 20 years, and I'd been having trouble with my heating/hot water on and off. Really good service, friendly guy, and reasonably priced. Respectful of my property and left things tidy. Would recommend.

We needed our old combi boiler replacing and chose Yunus from the positive reviews on Google. So glad we did the old boiler replaced with a new one and commissioned within a day. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Yunus was prompt, polite and professional and explained everything completely. After contacting Yunus for a quote for some work he was very quick to come round and have a look at the work to be done and give us a quote- which was very reasonably priced. The job was booked in quickly and on a day convenient for us. On the day Yunus was prompt to arrive and was very clean and tidy. Our boiler was on its last legs, and the day was saved by Yunus! He has replaced our boiler over a period of 3 days, cleaned the system, and even got the old radiator that hasn't worked since we moved in 4 years ago to work! There was an issue with the shower, but it was very quickly resolved as well. Every day he cleaned up after his work, and was very tidy throughout the day, which was great, you don't get that very often! Our new boiler is fitten with HIVE, which is great, and it all costs exactly what the quote said it would cost, which is again, doesn't happen very often these days. Boiler was registered, everything was explained to us, all around great service! Look forward to having him back to inspect the boiler annually.

Vital Plumbers' Mark Smith took on the complete refurbishment of a 2-bedroom flat for us. This was a big job including a new kitchen and bathroom, complete rewiring and re-plumbing of the flat, structural alterations and decoration. Mark had some tricky issues to deal with which he handled impressively. He kept us in the picture throughout and responded courteously and quickly to our suggestions. He made himself available to see us. He is easy to work with and his competence and reliability made a job which we managed from 120 miles away much easier than it might have been. The job always felt under control. We very pleased with the end-product.

Paul the gas engineer was fantastic. Hardworking, knowledgeable, great at plumbing, brickwork, electrical, and boiler install. Kept the place clean. Very happy with everything he did. Gills (Will) were great to deal with as well. Not the cheapest, but quality staff are worth paying extra. Worcester Approved Installer, while others were not. “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.” Will use them again for my bathroom and kitchen projects.

My parents have been using Gills for a number of years and in the last couple of years I have begun to use them too. I can’t tell you how reassuring it is to be in their capable, trustworthy hands when it comes to servicing and maintaining our boilers. Being able to call or email and get a quick response is what Gills do exceptionally well, their attention to detail and communication is essential to both parties. We had a leak in our hot water cylinder and were looking to switch to a combi boiler system. From the outset, the service from Dylan Walsh Plumbing was excellent. Dylan came out to scope the work and spent a great deal of time with us, explaining our options, testing the water pressure, and helping us identify the best solution to future-proof our home. We’d had other quotes from plumbers who spent less than five minutes on-site, knocked on a few walls, and didn’t discuss even a fraction of what Dylan covered. His attention to detail and expertise gave us complete confidence, we knew we’d go ahead with him before the other quotes even arrived. Gaynor was extremely polite and professional throughout and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. The whole process was well organised from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The work was fairly urgent, and Ross, the engineer who carried it out, did a brilliant job. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. After dealing with a number of plumbers over the past year, we can confidently say we’ve found a trusted company. Could not be happier with the service and will definitely be using them again!

I was a little concerned when it became obvious that l needed to replace my boiler, regarding all the scams that you need to be wary off nowadays. I contacted several companies for advice and quotes. One company- Walsh Plumbing Ltd. (based in Stevenage) stood out from the rest. After discussing my needs with Dylan, (the owner) l felt comfortable with all he said, he did not try to feed me any B/S or sell me a system that l did not need (but would be a bigger profit for him). After discussions with the other suppliers l went with my gut feeling and contacted Dylan some six months after our initial contact. He offered to keep to original quote and arranged for the boiler to be replaced the following week. I am more than pleased with my decision, from Dylan to Gaynor, the receptionist (always polite and professional) and last but not least, Mikal (one of the service engineers), what a gem! Arrived on time, his work is immaculate. Walsh Plumbing were not the cheapest quote I had but their standard of work and customer satisfaction are second to none. l have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a Company such high ideals and standard of customer care. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Excellent service from start to finish. I suspected I needed a new boiler when it failed yet again. Walsh came out the next day and talked me through all my options and fully explained everything. After deciding to go ahead they arranged it within a week to fit in with my work commitments. On the day of installation they arrived and everything went perfectly. Brilliant job, very happy with the price and the aftercare. They made a very stressful time a walk in the park! I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received from Adam and would definitely recommend him to others. We were in a difficult situation with no heating or hot water and he came out promptly to assess the issue and moved his work around so he could start the next day. He and his colleague completed the complex work in one day (another company had stated it was 2 days work for 2 people) and gave a good price. He communicates well and is easy to get hold of. His 'can-do' attitude was very reassuring and he was very organised with ordering the parts required and the removal of any scrap. We moved into our house in April 2023 and had a full bathroom renovation. Cavendish Plumbers were friendly, easy to communicate with and efficient. The work carried out was of top quality and we were and are incredibly happy. Cavendish Plumbers had a great vision from start to finish and incorporated our own ideas into the bathroom design. Contacted on Sunday for an issue that while was not an emergency, it did need fixing relatively quickly. It was fixed by Monday lunchtime as Ming was able to fit us in at short notice and juggle things around - very pleased with the speed and quality of the work. Also very happy with his approach and how clear he was in terms of what he would (and would not) do.

I would highly recommend GHPS. Paul and his team fitted my new shower and taps in my bathroom recently and done a fantastic job. I'm so pleased and feel like I have a brand new bathroom. It turned out to be a bit of a challenging job due to some issues with the old plumbing, but Paul came up with solutions and got the job done to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble. I will be using GHPS for any future plumbing etc.

Great communication from the first phone call with emails to follow up and talked me through the whole process. After the first visit to unblock the drain Paul came back to fit the outside tap and used the camera to check all was ok with the drain and cleared up afterwards. A very happy customer.
