I called them 6 December midday as my central heating stopped working (faulty pump). Laurence said he would call out early evening which he did. He checked pump and confirmed it seized. He said he would provide me a quote for a new pump and cost to install and test. Next morning he did this saying he could carry out that evening. I accepted the quote £270 and he came along that night and carried out the work. Central Heating now working. Great response time and excellent work. Highly recommend this company.

Laurence did a fantastic job installing a new boiler and radiators at my house. Delivered everything at a reasonable price and in the stated timelines. He was always polite and cleaned up after he left. I would definitely recommend him if you need any heating work done. Top quality engineer.

Excellent service at a good price

Alex is brilliant, we set a date and time for him to come and service our boiler. he turned up on time and was very polite. We have been having Alex service our boiler for the last few year's and I can't fault anything he does. He keeps everything clean and tidy , and is happy to chat if you like to talk like me. He's prices are so good, I couldn't get anything cheaper, but his work is impeccable.

We Could not recommend AC Heating and Alex enough. Since moving in to our new home he has done all manner of work from removing and installing a new boiler, adjusting pipe work, upgrading all our radiators, removing and installing a new downstairs WC, installing a new water softener…..Alex has been absolutely fantastic. He talks through all different options available to you on the work you require, he’s very efficient, extremely tidy, and always goes the extra mile.

Quick, professional and reasonably priced. Gave me advice on which boiler would suit me, kept me updated leading up to install and answered all my questions. Even came out to install on a bank holiday, and checked in a week later to make sure everything was still working, what a legend!! Use this guy, he's good.

What happened when I called in this company. I asked this company to service my boiler as it would take 10 to 12 attempts to start. They turned my boiler off in the middle of winter and left me without heating for four days. They said it needed a new gas valve which they said they had replaced but the boiler started to do the same 10 to 12 attempts to start. I called in another gas fitter who said the boiler had not been serviced and the gas valve had not been replaced. Following my review the company said they were sorry that I had had such a bad experience and gave me a complete refund, you can't fault that.

Picture the scene. A damp patch appears in a corridor backing a showroom - taking down the wall reveals years of leaking grout and rotting timbers. I was recommended to City Plumbing Hoddesdon by a friend and so popped along and met with the Manager Simon. My whole perspective on plumbing centres changed. Simon is knowledgable, experienced and has a good eye for design so he took all the pain out of choosing the most suitable furniture, tray, enclosure in fact, the whole thing. I am very impressed with their service and the quality of products that they sell. The materials were delivered on time and in perfect condition and I will not only recommend them but will use them now as my preferred supplier.
