Can’t recommend Ivan highly enough. From the moment I called and asked for him to come round and see if my place was suitable for an EV charger, to weeks after it was completed, he has been brilliant. They come round same day and checked if the distance was suitable from my electric meter, luckily it was, Ivan got back to me the next day with quotes for different options that would work, it was completed the next week. I work all over the place and am difficult to tie down to an appointment but they were very accommodating and got the job done when I was able to be there. It looks so good that you would think that it was installed when the building was built. Ivan has been available to speak with for weeks after when I had questions about changing stuff with my energy supplier too. As I said, couldn’t recommend high enough. A+++

We’ve used Jon for ALL electrical jobs since moving into our new home in Hemel. This time was to replace the entire fuse board. We needed to move the fuseboard and also upgrade to a metal one due to the new fire regulations. Jon did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very professional, courteous, a nice person, offered a competitive price. The new board looks great in the new location and it is registered with the building control. Our TV signal degraded abruptly overnight and we didn't know why. Paul came and suggested we might need a new aerial. When he came back to carry out the work, he was able to install a 4G filter on the roof instead which fixed our problem and costed us less. Polite and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I contacted Paul when I decided that living with extension leads was no longer a viable option. My house has never had enough plug sockets and I just wanted to be able to sit in my living room and not see cables everywhere I looked. I also have a number of items plugged into one 10-gang extension lead in my office, and no heating, which really doesn’t work for me. Paul came, had a quick look round and gave us a quote which we accepted. He then turned up at the appointed time, tested all the circuits and told us what work he could do, which was to put in an additional double socket with USB points, what he couldn’t do, which was to put an additional socket into our office extension, which was apparently wired into a lighting circuit before we moved into the property, and we agreed a plan for future work to fix that issue and install a wall heater into the office, which is the coldest room in the house. Paul also installed trunking to hide the cables from our router to the TV so that the cable, which had previously been laying across the floor, is no longer visible. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. Although the power was turned off, this was for a far shorter period than estimated so that I could get back to work as quickly as possible. I would recommend Paul and RTA Systems for any electrical work – Paul gives honest advice about what can be done at the time and how to fix issues further down the line, and I look forward to working with him again.

Richard completed all the electrics on our complex eco new build. He is a consummate professional, nothing is too much trouble and he works efficiently and neatly. Very happy with the service provided. I needed to get some new plug points an lights fitted, and Richard struck me as being the person who could so it most efficiently. That was indeed the case, as on the day he worked extremely quietly and efficiently, and got the work done for a very good price. He is also very polite and courteous, and even phoned me to say he would be 10 minutes late!

Cameron was able to meet and surpass all of our electrical needs. He knew the urgency we had at the time as I was just days away from giving birth and needed to be in the property ASAP. He was always punctual (well early to be honest!) well mannered and often stayed later than than required to finish off the job. He was also honest in making suggestions about electrical purchases and recommended what would suit our needs best. His prices are more than reasonable - despite being first time buyers with a baby on the way, his services were very much affordable and the end product was second to none. We hired CES to do the following; change all lighting in the house to spot lights both inside and outside, fitted two bathroom led mirrors, fitted our alarm system, fitted our smart heating, ring doorbell installation, changed all of our plug sockets as well as adding new ones, fitted new face face plates for plug sockets & light switches. To top it off, he also ensured we knew how to use all of our new devices by giving us short tutorials. We have already recommend CES for friends and family who also are more than pleased with his work: We will be using his services again in the future. His hard work will never go unnoticed.

Fantastic service and great quality of work. Smiley Electrical made installing our outdoor lighting incredibly easy. After initial contact we discussed the work needed, they talked me through my various options and the benefits / negatives of different types of outdoor lighting and provided with a clear price. They turned up when they said they would, quickly completed the job at hand at a high standard and tided up afterwards. We couldnt be happier and will definitely use again.

Excellent service - would highly recommend. Came out at short notice to sort an emergency issue with our lighting circuit blowing our fuses. Methodically worked through the circuit and kept us informed of what he was finding/doing, and then implemented a great temporary fix - allowing us to have constant, safe flow of electricity through the house until the full fix is done.
