Our TV signal degraded abruptly overnight and we didn't know why. Paul came and suggested we might need a new aerial. When he came back to carry out the work, he was able to install a 4G filter on the roof instead which fixed our problem and costed us less. Polite and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I contacted Paul when I decided that living with extension leads was no longer a viable option. My house has never had enough plug sockets and I just wanted to be able to sit in my living room and not see cables everywhere I looked. I also have a number of items plugged into one 10-gang extension lead in my office, and no heating, which really doesn’t work for me. Paul came, had a quick look round and gave us a quote which we accepted. He then turned up at the appointed time, tested all the circuits and told us what work he could do, which was to put in an additional double socket with USB points, what he couldn’t do, which was to put an additional socket into our office extension, which was apparently wired into a lighting circuit before we moved into the property, and we agreed a plan for future work to fix that issue and install a wall heater into the office, which is the coldest room in the house. Paul also installed trunking to hide the cables from our router to the TV so that the cable, which had previously been laying across the floor, is no longer visible. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. Although the power was turned off, this was for a far shorter period than estimated so that I could get back to work as quickly as possible. I would recommend Paul and RTA Systems for any electrical work – Paul gives honest advice about what can be done at the time and how to fix issues further down the line, and I look forward to working with him again.
