Stotfold Dental Practice is easily the best dental surgery I have ever been to… All the staff are lovely and so caring… the chap that has handled all my treatment is called Sesh Rao, but every member of the team has the patients’ best interests at heart… I have a major phobia about the dentists, having had some bad dental experiences growing up… But they really do put you at ease… I highly recommend them MR. Excellent dental surgery. We have as a family been going there for many years. My daughter's urgency in needing to be seen was quickly actioned and to have the personal touch of the Sesh the principal dentist communicate with me & put my mine and my daughters minds at ease was amazing. The problem was quickly addressed and we were given the various options available as NHS & Private patients whilst we were there. No pushy sales which was also welcomed. Very welcoming staff on front desk as always. We left there feeling that confident that the work that needed to be done was in safe hands.

I had a front tooth implant. Procedure is several sessions over 6/9 months as the bone needed to be strengthened and post set. A matching veneer was made and fixed. Match is very good and implant very comfortable. I am pleased. Great work, friendly treatment. Good dental practice.

My experience From calling reception and being treated with total respect by both receptionists, to my appointment the same day was amazing . Everything was explained with clarity and the treatment so professional , with my wellbeing utmost throughout . First class all round . I hadn't been to Purlys since 2010 and it was an amazing practice then ! But when i walked in to all the changes it just was fantastic ! The staff were all happy and friendly as they always were, and my treatment by Dr Anup & Shannon was first class ! both were kind and caring ,it was an A Class Service :)

Fantastic dentist. As an extremely nervous patient, I had a lot of anxiety going in but all the staff there have been fantastic. The receptionists have been wonderful and Dr Krupesh has been fantastic, firstly with putting my mind at ease, but also the treatments so far. Can't recommend them enough. I should have gone to the Dentist a long time ago and I'm so glad that Purlys is the place I chose when finally plucking up the courage to go. If you've been holding off, no matter how bad it is, book an appointment, you won't regret it.

My favourite dentist I’ve had so far in my life! Jannie is great and always so friendly, makes me feel so relaxed and although it’s not an NHS dentist I think the prices are very reasonable. The dentist is never the most calming experience but I’ve always been put at ease at Mews House and I actually enjoy going! Definitely recommend and hope this dentist keeps doing what they’re doing!

Many miles from my own dentist, I had an emergency when my temporary bridge fell out. I consider myself very lucky that I found Mews House online as they were able to give me an appointment the same day. Jannie was amazing, fixed me up in no time and has the most reassuring manner. All the staff were so friendly, I didn’t feel like a visiting stranger at all. Although I hope not to need to return, I would definitely choose this practice again.

After years of avoiding dentists out of fear following a torturous experience with a dentist as a child, I finally had no choice but to find one when a badly broken tooth became infected. After hours of searching and worrying I found Mews Dental and decided to give them a try. I’ve been twice now, once for an initial exam and then to have the offending tooth removed. I can honestly say I felt nothing, the general anaesthetic wand was amazing and the tooth took seconds to remove, no stitches, no pain, no swelling, even two days on! I still have a few more appointments to go but now feel comfortable with what will happen and know I’m in good hands. I can’t recommend this dentist and the team there highly enough.

Theresa has been our family dentist for years. She is always very understanding and sensitive to any problems. She managed to treat a tooth that other dentists had failed to do. She explains carefully the options available. Her assistant is highly trained and is able to quickly document.

The most friendly an homy dental surgery imaginable. The receptionist is welcoming, smiley, ready to help or advise if needed. The waiting room is cosy; both: comfortable and historic as the house is listed. The surgery is the opposite: modern, equipped with the most sophisticated tools. The nurse was excellent, chatty, thus distracting from the procedure what was a relief. She was kind and caring. The dentist is the best I know, but I cannot furnish you with any more details as I am wearing the same surname:) Anyway, I would highly recommend.

Super easy to book an appointment. Reception staff are so helpful to work around your needs and diary! The visit it’s self was on time without any delay! Lauren was great ! Hygienist - first class service. 45 minutes visit and my smile was worth it !

The team at Bancroft are fantastic. From start to finish I felt really comfortable, even though I get bad anxiety with anything dentistry related. I went for a wisdom tooth removal under sedation and the whole process was so easy. Around 6-7 days after the removal I had a bit more pain and called the clinic, they had me go in within an hour of my phone call to check all was ok. I would definitely recommend, and I can guarantee no one would ever have a bad experience here, as the staff are so attentive and knowledgeable.

Bancroft dentistry Hitchin is an absolutely amazing dentistry. I have always been scared of dentist due to a bad experience as a child. I went to Bancroft in desperation after years of neglect. They made me feel so welcome. They listened to me, taking things careful and checking that I was comfortable throughout proceedures. I felt cared for, valued as a customer and respected. I've been going regularly for a few years now, they know me very well. It's like popping in to see your friends. There prices are very reasonable. Never had any problems getting in touch or booking appointments. I like to smile now, thanks to this great team.

Dr Vernon is a very friendly and professional dentist. I was having issues with my wisdom teeth recently and I was quite concerned about having to remove them but Dr Vernon had given me reassurance that I shouldn't be worried about removal and gave me helpful advice on how to manage it without having to remove them for now, he told me that a routine hygienist visit will help so I have booked that with the practice. I also had my teeth removed by him a few years back for an orthodontic treatment (this was done elsewhere) I was quite worried and anxious as I had an issue in the past when I had my tooth removed. Dr Vernon made the process smooth and fast, and gave my reassurance during the tooth removal that it went by so quick without me hardly feeling anything. I couldn't recommend him more as a dentist to anyone. In addition to this, the rest of his team and receptionists are also very kind and welcoming and have always been helpful when arranging appointments. Thank you! :)

I hadn't been to the hygienist for a long time owing to a change of dentist practice. I was quite nervous as my teeth are supersensitive, but i needn't have worried. Lilia was absolutely fantastic - informative, thorough and very gentle. She did a brilliant job and I can totally recommend her - and Vernon's. Wonderful.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent periodontal work I received yesterday from Gajen Raveendran. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and truly exceptional bedside manner, which I believe is the best I have ever experienced. As a nervous patient, I greatly appreciated how he clearly explained the issues to me without being condescending, all while remaining courteous and approachable. I cannot recommend Mr. Raveendran highly enough for his outstanding care.

Great care and attention. Got my usual very patient scolding for not flossing enough. Pricing had risen somewhat since my last visit to "bring into line with the partner clinics" :/ £100+ visits now being normalised, there was a time when l wouldn't have been able to afford it (especially every 6 months !?) and would have gone without. I'm lucky to have very good teeth but I wonder how many people are just neglecting them, now that the NHS has all but abandoned dental care, it seems.

Have used this Dental Surgery for over 2 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great service from the Dental Hygienist, who is very thorough and explains everything really well. The Dentist Natasha is also very professional and has a reassuring manner, which helps put you at ease.

Today I have completed further treatment, Suggested by Leena , as I wanted to have a filling from years ago to be re done to look cosmetically better than it was. After years of disliking my smile, I decided to go ahead and start my Invisalign journey. I can’t recommend Ash enough, he is so calm, kind and honest which is everything I wanted in a dentist. He checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with my teeth and asked if I wanted to make changes along the way to make my smile perfect. Then we went onto composite bonding which he made look so natural and exactly how I wanted. I can honestly say he is the best dentist I’ve been to. Cranfield staff are all so lovely and professional. I visited the dentist quite a few times during my Invisalign journey and can say every time was a good experience, coming from someone who has always hated the dentist! Shashi is a top-notch endodontist. His operates using an operating microscope and has a cone-beam CT in his facility. His level of expertise is world-class and we are lucky to have someone of his calibre in right here in Hertfordshire. I had a complicated root treatment done with him and it was a complete success. I know of another person who has two root treatments done with him and both were complete successes. Root treatments are complicated and success is far from guaranteed. But with him you maximize your chance of root treatment success which saves you money in the long run. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Shashi Mishra recently treated my daughter for a root canal treatment. Obviously my daughter was extremely anxious about the procedure, but his kind and caring approach really made a difference for her. She was made to feel so comfortable and the treatment she received was painless. I can’t thank you enough.

I received root canal treatment from Mr Mishra last November and had a final checkup two days ago. I cannot recommend Mr Mishra highly enough. The treatment was completely pain free and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed to in the future.

I don’t know if I could put into words how amazing Mr Mishra and his staff are. Had my second appointment for my root canal today, I was so anxious, literally a bag of nerves but the care, reassurance and empathy from Mr Mishra was incredible. I would not hesitate to go back if I needed to in the future. If you need a root canal treatment I would 100% recommend to go here.

Cannot recommend this dental practice enough. From the friendly always accommodating receptionists (emergency appointments never a problem) to the lovely sho and exceptionally talented harps. From being an exceptionally nervous patient to now trusting harps to having the just do whatever attitude. The work he has done on my teeth, restoring the perfect smile and my confidence is truly amazing. Oh and there personalities and the laughter is thrown in also. I would never go anywhere else.
