Came out at very short notice, just before Xmas to look at a mouse problem we had. Provided a very friendly and reassuring service with 3 follow up visits and comprehensive reporting. Really happy with the service provided. Would be very happy to recommend and use again

Martin was very helpful and kind when clearing my roof of pigeons he was quick and effective. They have not come back since. I highly recommend using Forrest environmental services. This picture was before the work was done. Then less than 3 days later they were all gone.

We live in Stotfold and had our Solar Panels fitted in 2010. It was not until this year 2024 that we had problems with pidgeons nesting under the panels.The gutter was gettng blocked with the twigs and mess from the nesting and the rain overflowing onto the garage roof. Forrest Environmental Services Limited web site was given to me by a friend who knew I was having problems and felt they could help me. I filled in their form on line and Martin answered my call for help very quickly. Martin came and we agreed a price and he came two days later and cheerfully and professionally completed the work, including clearing the gutter which was full. I was VERY satisfied with the work. We used Forrest Environmental Services to protect our solar panels from pigeons. I'm really pleased with the work. The wire mesh looks neat and tidy. I was also pleased with Martin's care In moving the birds and not damaging cables or slates, and how he cleaned the birds mess off the roof (as well as gutters). Communication was great, and I am happy to recommend Martin and his colleague.

So, we used 24 hour pest control limited when our lovely little pesty guests decided that our home was there's and Craig and his team were very efficient and helpful, understanding and of all of our needs as I have medical equipment that needs specialist treatment and Craig and his team were very helpful even when we couldn't move certain things Craig and his team would do it for us no problem. Overall the experience has been exceptional and despite having the medical equipment which means that there were several visits to complete the job, but this was done with no quibble and fuss. We are very appreciative of Craig and the teams expertise and help with getting rid of our unwanted friends. And the whole team at 24 hour pest control limited put all of us at ease explaining what's going to happen and continuing to have conversations with us where we wernt sure and supported us to deal with pesty guests. I would recommend these guys 100%.

Highly recommend 24hr Pest Control Limited for any rodent issues you may have. We heard scurrying in our attic and called Craig to discuss the issue. He was clear about pricing and how long it would take to fix the issue (v important as we needed it resolved within 14 days). He was able to visit the very next day and was excellent on communication and turned up exactly when we agreed every time. Craig was well-mannered and went *to town* putting down traps of all sorts and poisons to get rid of the issue quickly. He showed us pictures and videos of what he'd put down in the attic and also explained where he thought they might be getting in and gave advice of how we would resolve this. He also covered up one of our outside vents for free in case this was another area they could get in. We agreed dates for future visits to re-inspect the attic. Upon second visit he confirmed poisons had been taken but nothing caught in traps. Had he found any casualties in the attic he also would take these away which we'd have been grateful for. We've heard no activity in the attic since the day he visited so believe the problem is resolved. Craig offers a 3 month guarantee but I doubt we'll need it!

Chris managed to get rid of my flea infestation when all else had failed, if I ever get fleas again I won't waste my money on over the counter sprays and smoke bombs I will call bugs n things!

Unfortunately we had a Squirrel infestation in our loft space, we believe birds may have been in there beforehand. We had an issue with rats coming into our garden, James came and completed a thorough investigation of where they might be nesting luckily he found they were not nesting in our garden but must have been nearby. He set down bait and continued to come and check progress weekly until there were no signs of anymore rodents. Very thorough and solved the problem, we're very thankful

Tim came out very quickly to my mum's flat when we noticed bites on mum and little bugs in bedroom. He gave the place 2 treatments and gave us clear instructions on what to do regarding her clothing and bedding . Bed bugs were the problem. All gone now and mum is a very happy mum again. I called Jake as the dreaded noises in the loft had been heard. He arranged to come to investigate and thought at first it was mice. However on further investigation discovered it was squirrels. His attention to detail was superb. Through his diligence the issue has been resolved. I highly recommend him his communication is excellent and he is there when he says he will be. We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. 2nd time we've used Bob. Wouldn't use anyone else. Was fortunate to have him doing a job locally and he came out to us within 2hrs. Called up Bob to remove a nest we'd uncovered while clearing our allotment. He quoted and was able to come out the same day, clearly explaining his process and tools, and gave some much needed advice and encouragement for clearing the allotment once the nest was dealt with!
