We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We contacted Dan to deal with a pest problem, having found him on google and read several reviews. Dan came to have a look and gave us his thoughts, at no charge. His initial advice was that we should wait and monitor for a while, since it was possible that the problem had resolved itself. Always a positive sign when someone who is in a position to easily sell you their services doesn't do so. As it turned out, the issue continued and so we enlisted Dan's help. His pricing and working methods are transparent and fair to the client. In the end, several visits were required to fully resolve the problem, but Dan made it clear that he was perfectly happy to do this and that it was all included in the initial cost. Dan is very easy to deal with. His approach combines a great deal of knowledge and experience with common sense, patience and pragmatism - and good humour. We're very happy that we called Dan and would definitely use his services again.

I found out that we had rat infestation in our property without knowing about it for 3 months. I tried to DIY it by setting traps, baits and was unsuccessful at it. I knew a company called Multipest based (Carpenders Park) who had a very good reputation in dealing with this kind of problems in hand. I called them up and they send Oskars to my property to do a survey and recommended what actions needed to be done. Oskars explained to me why I was having rat infestation and what actions/solution needed to be done to get rid of this unwanted problem. I am now very satisfied customer and highly recommend this company to anyone with pest issues.

Rats in our loft. Really horrible hearing noises at night we initially thought it was a bird. They were thorough and not only controlled the problem in the loft but did some drain work to prevent it reoccurring.

From the moment I got in touch with Multipest in Watford they were helpful, understanding and very professional. Oskars, who sorted out my loft rodent situation, was very knowledgeable and went over and above to help me. Following on from the extermination, Multipest came back to clear out my loft and spary it and deodorise it for me. Again this was Oskars and I would recommend to anyone with these problems.

Had an ongoing problem with noises in our loft. Thought was squirrels – Multipest came around and surveyed and discovered rats in our property.
