When we asked Ryan and the team to give us a quote for some projects in our house, we knew straight away we wanted to go with them. Prompt response when booking, clearly understood the task, plumber came on time with right tools, professionally done the job. Clearly knew the property water connections no issues rised. Very satisfied. The quote was little higher but because task was quickly addressed so its fine.

I contacted Sławek for a toilet related service. He arrived the next day on time and did the job quickly. The response time was quick and efficient. Will definitely use the service again. There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.

Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

I can totally recommend Steve, he completed a few household maintenance jobs for my mother recently and we are very happy with his service.
