I can totally recommend Steve, he completed a few household maintenance jobs for my mother recently and we are very happy with his service. He answered my initial enquiry promptly and attended to complete the most pressing job immediately, then returned as arranged to complete the other items we had discussed. Craig and his team worked alongside our chosen designer to prep our kitchen for new units, install all appliances and complete once units were in. He was extremely efficient, flexible and reliable and showed fantastic problem solving skills when issues arose. The completed work was of such a high standard that we asked him to refurb our downstairs cloakroom as well.

Craig and his team refurbished our bathroom we are really pleased with the result. Work done to a very high standard and very professional finish. Craig was absolutely superb! I moved into a flat where the previous owners had DIYed the plumbing to the bathroom and I was nervous we’d have to gut the entire bathroom to fix it. Craig was creative in his approach and completely fixed it with minimal invasion and disruption. It looks amazing and we have had 0 problems since. He works hard and quickly, tries to find affordable options, and is a complete professional. Will definitely use him for future projects!

There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.

Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

I had come across them about 5 years ago when they were working at my neighbour's place. I liked what they did. Prior to replacing my roof my walls and ceilings were damaged heavily with water leaks. I contacted them, they evaluated time and material for repairs and gave me a fixed price. My house is a split level town house of 4 floors at end of a 3 terraced property. The stairways is open space from ground level to the ceiling under the roof and most difficult to work at. Time taken for the renovation was actually 2and a half day longer than they had estimated. So, I decided to pay them for it. They said "No" and estimate error was their problem. They are the most honest people I had experienced with over the 40 years I had hired people to do repairs, decorations in my house. One other things I wish to say about them here, they do not hesitate to do things needed while it wasn't forseen when they estimate the cost of work needed. They cleaned the house properly at the end of each day they worked. They contact me now and then to ask to check if there is any problem with the work they had undertaken at my place. I recommended them for everyone who needed their services.
