Albert is "top class": always available; hard-worker; very good work; extremey reliable; always providing the right information; able to do any work and has a good network of good people. He is also very pleasant. I don't think you will find better than him! I have been using his sevices for a year: 100% perfect!

Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Having recently decided to update my old and tired looking front door, I had no hesitation in asking House and Home Renovation for their ideas and guidance as they have previously completed 2 other projects for me , a new kitchen and a new bathroom,both to an extremely high standard and high quality finish. When we asked Ryan and the team to give us a quote for some projects in our house, we knew straight away we wanted to go with them. They were friendly and helpful, working with us to come up with creative solutions for some of our projects. I can totally recommend Steve, he completed a few household maintenance jobs for my mother recently and we are very happy with his service. There was a crack in my shower tray, I asked for a quote to get it replaced and they replied the same day and attended whenever was good for me. Stanley, who did the job itself, was really nice, got to work straight away, and managed to remove old tray, fit the new one all on the same day and cleaned after. Very pleased and definitely recommend. Used them again to make box to cover pipes for new boiler and some tiling/odd jobs around house and Artur was really good. Used them again to hang a heavy picture (15kg) as I wanted to make sure it would be safe and Michael arrived right on time and did it in 30mins and happy with it.

Prompt response when booking, clearly understood the task, plumber came on time with right tools, professionally done the job. Clearly knew the property water connections no issues rised. Very satisfied. The quote was little higher but because task was quickly addressed so its fine.

We had an old fence with rotting Arris rails and panels which needed completely replacing. We were very happy with the quote and agreed for Andy to undertake the work. The fence supplied is of good quality and it was erected very efficiently and tidily. The new fence looks great and has made a huge difference to the look (and security) of our garden. We we will certainly be using APS again for other jobs and would highly recommend them.

Andy's skills at repairing fencing problems are outstanding. He is also a great "all round" handyman unphased by list of jobs presented. Is professional, affable and courteous offering very fair and reasonable rates and have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Cezar and Mirella, what a great team. Arrived on time everyday and carried out a complete bathroom refurb, and had to renew our bathroom floor as ours had seen better days. This was all completed within timescale and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend his work and he cleaned up every evening before he left.

The decoration of our kitchen was excellent. Shahi has a wide range of skills and managed to make all the cupboard doors fit properly which no one else has been able to achieve. We were very happy with the work carried out.

Mr Shahi was very professional. He did my house renovations including my bathroom, new flooring, painting and decorating. The price was very reasonable. He sat me down and talked about the importance of selecting the right paints and materials for the job. I cannot recommend Mr Shahi enough. I had come across them about 5 years ago when they were working at my neighbour's place. I liked what they did. Prior to replacing my roof my walls and ceilings were damaged heavily with water leaks. I contacted them, they evaluated time and material for repairs and gave me a fixed price. My house is a split level town house of 4 floors at end of a 3 terraced property. The stairways is open space from ground level to the ceiling under the roof and most difficult to work at. Time taken for the renovation was actually 2and a half day longer than they had estimated. So, I decided to pay them for it. They said "No" and estimate error was their problem. They are the most honest people I had experienced with over the 40 years I had hired people to do repairs, decorations in my house. One other things I wish to say about them here, they do not hesitate to do things needed while it wasn't forseen when they estimate the cost of work needed. They cleaned the house properly at the end of each day they worked. They contact me now and then to ask to check if there is any problem with the work they had undertaken at my place. I recommended them for everyone who needed their services.

Rajen arrived promptly, and comms was great throughout, from initial enquiry through to confirmation of arrival on the day. He was very efficient, professional and accurate with his work.
