Nick was super helpful. Needed some garden refurbishment and fence repairs done and he completed it to a very good standard. Very reliable and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Nick did a great job paving our front path with large porcelain slabs. He was very efficient doing the work and very fast getting back to queries prior to starting the job. The price was also very reasonable, we have now asked Nick to do a paving job in our back garden and have recommended him to friends and family.

Ed recently prepped and painted my stairs (spindles, woodwork and finishing). Not only did he offer creative ideas and direction, he sourced all materials at trade price and smashed out the job in 2 days to the very highest standard, ready to be carpeted. Very happy customer.

Mr Clayton is incredibly thorough, efficient, and great value. He did complex retiling of our ensuite, with absolute attention to detail in the tile layout, surface prep, clean up, fit shower screen, etc We will hire him again for sure.

I called after a piece of furniture broke on me on a Sunday. This was particularly inconvenient for me for it to break as I have a one bedroom flat with a small baby so I could not have the broken piece of furniture as it was as it was unavoidable and unsafe. I called this company and within the hour he’d come out and fixed it for me, really lovely guy and his wife works with the business to. Together they put my mind at ease as I was a bit panicky as I was stressed at the situation of what happened, fearing I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed. And he didn’t even charge me the whole fee as he had it done in no time and explained what had happened d how to avoid it happening again. I will definitely will be using this company again when I move house to have all my new fixtures and fittings done a single woman can’t do on her own. Thank you for rescuing me!

Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.
