Spoke to Tim earlier this morning to have my main door locks changed. Very informative and polite over the phone. Sam & Tim arrived to get the job done they were both very lovely. Handsome Sam being very good with his hands got the job done with a blink of an eye. Making 0 noise whilst my little girl was sleeping very considerate of them both. Thank you so much. We needed a lock changed and some keys to be cut. When we visited the shop the staff were very helpful and friendly. The keys were cut while we waited, and an appointment for the next day made for the lock change. The appointment time was kept and the work completed. The person doing the lock change was friendly and efficient. All in all a first class service.

Excellent, would have given 6 stars if possible. Responded very fast (out of hours) to my initial request for help. Then visited the next day, where 2 very professional locksmiths sorted the problem and also made some general adjustments to the door. All for a reasonable fee, below initial estimate.

Had problems with a Front Door that had become hard to shut, had to be slammed. Our back door had become hard to lock and unlock. Mark and Sam arrived promptly, repaired both door-locks, adjusted two French doors and two bedroom windows as well. Also asked them to replace two locks with guaranteed anti-burglar locks as I was so impressed with their professionalism. Thank you to the most human and incredible team who, on the 2nd February 24, went over and beyond their security alarms system skills and rescued me to get home when I was locked out due to a broken lock. An extremely bad timing to be locked out for we were waiting that day to be delivered at our door and anytime a rescue puppy, who had been in a van from that past four days already. Black and white security not only answered my call when locksmith was too busy to help on time already, but they also did not let me down until I made it home. Lock jammed in double glazed door, glazing firm came out and told us needed entire new lock from top to bottom of door and they would get back to us with cost. After three weeks of contacting them, they then said the part was no longer available and solution may be new doors costing maybe £3000. Contacted premier locksmiths Tring and George came out. The door was fixed and needed no parts, and was all done speedily and in an honest and businesslike way. I can thoroughly recommend Premier Locksmiths, Tring, and George, and thank him for his great service.

George came out and looked at my front door issue very quickly - the same day as I called him. Did an interim fix and then came back and fixed it properly (exactly when he said he would!). Friendly, reliable, tidied up afterwards, did the job well. Definitely recommend and will always use George in the future.

If you have lost your fob go here. I had decided to go for a non fob key after going to the mainly dealer as it was going to be more than £300:00 for a single key. They came to my house a couple of hour later and were so efficient and competitive I ended up getting two keys. Adam was the man he was outstanding. Thanks so much!
