Incredible service from Styn. Got locked out and he couldn’t get to me straight away so he gave me some tips to try and fix the problem myself first. What a decent man. When you have an emergency you worry about what it’s going to cost you but Styn isn’t there to rip you off, he has very reasonable prices if you need him and is most importantly kind and decent! Chris and his colleague were an absolute delight - I got through to them straight away and they arrived in exactly 20mins as promised. They got me into my house in about 5 seconds, and even proactively tightened up the loose lock on my front door - all for an incredibly reasonable price that I thought would be way more expensive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - they somehow made locking myself out a pleasant experience!

Front door wouldn’t lock from the outside, called Chris and he was so nice on the phone. No call out fee, great communication and showed up within the timeframe provided. Thank you to the most human and incredible team who, on the 2nd February 24, went over and beyond their security alarms system skills and rescued me to get home when I was locked out due to a broken lock. The guys from CJ’s came round first thing this morning to fix the lock on our bi-fold door. Brilliant service: fair price, punctual, professional and friendly. Also offered some great home security advice and put some WD40 on our front door to stop the lock catching. I’d highly recommend them.

We needed a lock changed and some keys to be cut. When we visited the shop the staff were very helpful and friendly. The keys were cut while we waited, and an appointment for the next day made for the lock change. The appointment time was kept and the work completed. The person doing the lock change was friendly and efficient. All in all a first class service.
