I have used Scott and his team on several occasions now, 1st time 2015 to take off the top of my chimney and replace all the damaged brickwork and cement work . 2nd Time 2017 , the main roof to the house had condensation issues which created leaks through the ceilings, Scott put in ventilation systems to the eve tiles and the ridge tiles, stopping all the problems. This last occasion January 2025 Scott had to renew 2 flat roofs and the pitched roof on the kitchen extension, all new felt, batten, tiles and lead work etc.., all this done to the highest standard. Scott always made sure that the site was kept tidy and safe at all times. Would recommend Scott and his team to anyone tradesmen that can be trusted to do a great job 5*****.

Scott team have been fantastic throughout the whole of our building work and scott has kept us fully informed every step of the way. We hired SWAT to help us transform our house. We did a loft conversion (en suite bedroom) and a complete renovation of the rest of the house. The whole project took around 8 months. Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Mr Clayton is incredibly thorough, efficient, and great value. He did complex retiling of our ensuite, with absolute attention to detail in the tile layout, surface prep, clean up, fit shower screen, etc We will hire him again for sure.

I called after a piece of furniture broke on me on a Sunday. This was particularly inconvenient for me for it to break as I have a one bedroom flat with a small baby so I could not have the broken piece of furniture as it was as it was unavoidable and unsafe. I called this company and within the hour he’d come out and fixed it for me, really lovely guy and his wife works with the business to. Together they put my mind at ease as I was a bit panicky as I was stressed at the situation of what happened, fearing I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed. And he didn’t even charge me the whole fee as he had it done in no time and explained what had happened d how to avoid it happening again. I will definitely will be using this company again when I move house to have all my new fixtures and fittings done a single woman can’t do on her own. Thank you for rescuing me!

Nick did a great job paving our front path with large porcelain slabs. He was very efficient doing the work and very fast getting back to queries prior to starting the job.
