"Saffron Scott and his team did a complete refurb of our kitchen and also installed a new skylight into the roof and reconfigured the roof. They were always punctual, kept in touch with us and everything was done professionally. Nothing was ever too much for Scott and his team and they were happy to do extras that popped up here and there. The finish of the kitchen was high quality and we are so happy with the completed job! Scott’s vision for the skylight was brought to life and it’s really brought so much light into the kitchen which is exactly what we wanted! We hired SWAT to help us transform our house. We did a loft conversion (en suite bedroom) and a complete renovation of the rest of the house. The whole project took around 8 months. From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Scott and his team. Scott was always available for advice and help in supporting us achieve our desired result. I have used Scott and his team on several occasions now, 1st time 2015 to take off the top of my chimney and replace all the damaged brickwork and cement work . 2nd Time 2017 , the main roof to the house had condensation issues which created leaks through the ceilings, Scott put in ventilation systems to the eve tiles and the ridge tiles, stopping all the problems. This last occasion January 2025 Scott had to renew 2 flat roofs and the pitched roof on the kitchen extension, all new felt, batten, tiles and lead work etc.., all this done to the highest standard. Scott always made sure that the site was kept tidy and safe at all times. Would recommend Scott and his team to anyone tradesmen that can be trusted to do a great job 5*****.

Scott team have been fantastic throughout the whole of our building work and scott has kept us fully informed every step of the way.
