I Live very close to this garage and walk past it often. My partner took her car to this Garage and spoke to a lovely gentleman who unfortunately we do not have the name. She was quite worried about her clutch on her golf. As she was quite vague about the problem. The mechanic with all permission granted took the car down the road and back to try and diagnose the problem. I am really great full for the honest advise that was given. This is a honest Garage that will not try and repair your car for no reason and give you bad advise. I have a Golf R that I’m planning to take to them for a minor bumper repair and hopefully future services etc. the honest actions and great customer service goes a long way and I hope I’ve helped make your decision into choosing this garage 👍

I've used L E Cramer for all my car maintenance, new tyres etc for 30+ years which speaks for itself as to the standard of service they deliver. Always courteous, polite, willing to help and fairly priced and I'll continue to use them and no one else. Highly, highly recommend this garage.

I had a problem with the A/C on my car. I’ve never used LE Cramer before but they are local so I booked it in with them. I’m glad I did! Lynn who looked after the repair from start to finish was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated throughout the repair journey and had the issue resolved within a day! Couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience. Barry the mechanic took the time to explain everything that had been done and what to look out for. My car failed the MOT and needed some welding done which as it turns out is really hard to get anyone to do at the moment. After trying a few garages and none would even look at the car I ended up just phoning around the all the garages in my area. I phoned these guys and he was like "yea bring it down in the morning and we'll get it done for you", and they did at a reasonable price too. They'll be my go to garage from now on.

I have used the garage several times for Vauxhall meriva service and always can say service was excellent not expensive and good quality of work compared to the others garages in Watford.Need to emphasise Luke's willingness to help when it is most needed.He never put you down.Definitely will come back and strongly recomend the same garage to others. Really great guys. My rear indicator bulb had blown in my car after driving to Watford for a dental appointment. Asked if I could borrow a screwdriver to sort but he said bring the car around and he would do it for me. He replaced the bulb and we had a great chat about my car - 205gti - before he showed me a brilliant bit of kit to ‘mop’ my paintwork - amazing!! Super friendly and definitely my Hero of the Day, particularly as he didn’t charge me either. After trying all the garages in the area I finally found the right one willing to help me out. Got the lads to change my exhaust that had extremely bad exhaust bolts and they took the old one off and put the new one on in no time. Really happy will highly recommend.

Shaun and the team were outstanding. The hours I work normally make sorting things like auto repairs really difficult but they were so flexible and willing to help. Shaun was really honest and didn’t try and charge me for things that didn’t need doing. Pick up and drop off is quality too. Would highly recommend! What a great experience. Marley, was able to fit me in his busy schedule. I called in the morning and he came out to me in the afternoon. He completed a diginostic found problem with spark plugs and ignition coils packs 1&2. He picked the parts up and fixed my car within an hour. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic and much needed service from Marley on my Vauxhall Corsa. Marley was on time, thorough and advised on repairs that need doing in order of priority. He also offered tips on the most cost effective way to resolve the issues. I felt Marley was honest and advised only on work that needed doing. He also replaced the oil pressure switch. I experienced very professional service at this garage. I was very pleased to find that Tolpits Motors have a policy where if your vehicle fails MOT then there is no charge. The price I was charged for works done to my vehicle seemed very reasonable. All round, this was the best experience I have had at any garage.

I was looking for a reliable garage in Watford and I came across S & B motors. I had an issue with my Porsche Cayenne. I visited S & B yesterday. I described the issue and instantly Sean explained thoroughly to me what the fault was, what was needed to be done and how much it would cost. While it's a quite busy garage Sean told me that they would try to fix the car as soon as possible. My car was ready and I collected it today. I need to refer to those people's professionalism and competence. Furthermore, I need to mention the friendly environment and the willingness to assist. S&B Motors were amazing at the start of this year, when I had an issue with the battery. Sean booked it in so quickly, which was a small miracle given it was the start of January and the problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly – and I was kept up to date all the way through. Booked an MOT a day in advance. It is indeed done within 1 hour, excellent and straight forward service. Highly recommend for MOTs for busy people who can’t leave a car for a full day at mechanics. It only took them 1-1:30h to sort out my cars MOT. Highly recommend it!

Went to Kwik Fit again, with a stepney on and a burst tyre in the boot, around 8:30 in the morning ( after being offered an appointment for Tuesday -three days later- by slightly closer place) and had an amazing experience. Luke very kindly adjusted my work in between bookings and the job was done very quickly. He even took the warning sign off the screen for me, can't praise this enough 😊

Absolutely amazing service, the MOT tester was able to re-test my vehicle just before close and was greatly appreciated. Will be making use of Kwik Fit here again in future 10/10.

Absolutely phenomenal service, my wife and I are from out of town and were driving through with all our kids in the back on an icy Sunday morning, suddenly had loud screeching noises from one wheel. Luke served us promptly politely and skilfully and was the only one available, turned out it was just ice in one of the wheels and he didn’t even charge us. Popped in this branch two Saturdays ago with a mobility car that had a tyre issue. I was greeted politely within a minute or so by a young man named Luke. I explained the situation, he said your car will go into this bay after the fiesta (5 minutes later) I got talking to him and it was just himself and another colleague working, they were busy but worked very well 👏🏻 About half an hour before I had visited the Berkhamstead branch. There were people working on vehicles and also two lads in reception that didn’t look as busy and told me I’d be waiting over two hours for the problem to be resolved. The world needs more Lukes 👏🏻 Shame on the lads at the Berkhamstead branch.
