Really nice guys. Reasonable, they made sure my van was safe. I arrived very early and my van was seen to straight away. It’s good they are just an inspection location and don’t have a conflict of trying to sell you services. That said they do know what they are doing at a mechanics master level.

Recommended by my current mechanic and won't go to anyone else. I had a previous bad experience with an mot centre which was attached to a garage where a minor fault was deemed an MOT failure and then I was pressured into paying a significant sum for repairs before I was allowed to get my car back and the fault wasn't even solved anyway. Andrew is excellent he identifies problems appropriately. He's always very pleasant and runs place very efficiently. I recommend him to everyone.

My usual independent BMW specialist has shut up shop, much to my dismay as he was excellent. So I looked for a local garage to look after my two BMWs. The reviews for Japex were encouraging and their location was convenient for my commute to London. Booked the Z4 in for an interim service and MoT. Excellent service from the team at Japex, and all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be taking my 530 to them as well.

Been back to these guys a few times and can I just say unbelievable service. Had wheel bearing gearbox and dif oil change and then just today they have re wired my roof and given me full inspection and advice on what to sort on it (they are not convertible specialist but still managed to sort out a few things for me). They take the time to give you all the information you need to get your vehicle sorted and even after I messed them around with what needed doing on my booking they still accommodated me in a reasonable time frame. Cannot thank them enough

Great service from the team. Car went in for work on a new bumper and issue with fog light. The boys did a great job on the new bumper and have been really helpful in trying sort a complex issue with the fog light. The car came back nicely polished too 👌 Would recommend.

I had two other quotes for body work repairs and this place came up the best. The lad that worked on my car knew his stuff. They were very flexible with fitting me in to do the works, they done an amazing job, really happy. Would definitely go back.

I called the garage this morning because I had a problem with my brakes. I was told I could bring it to the garage straight away which I did. Within minutes the problems were diagnosed, the issues were shown to me and explained. I was given a very fair price and the work was completed within a couple of hours which was brilliant. This was the first time I had used this garage and they were wonderful! So helpful, very polite and took really good care of my car. This is a very reliable, very honest, professional garage that won't charge you if it can't find a fault or carry out work that's not required and will recommend other local companies if they can't do something. I have used them for over 21 years and have never felt as if I have been charged too much for anything, in fact I've often thought the opposite is true when I hear how much other people seem happy to pay elsewhere. Hopefully, they will be around for as long as my family has cars to service in the area.

Honest, professional and trustworthy. After 3 months of being messed around by a main dealership branch , Langley 4x4 took on my timing chain replacement and delivered it within two weeks from quotation to completion. What can I say. If I could give 6 stars I would. As an owner/driver of BMW 4x4's for 20 years (X5 and later X6) and having just retired I decided to have a change. That decision drew me to a Range Rover Sport. Not knowing much I phoned KL 4x4 out of the blue and asked for some advise about buying a used one. Not only were they happy to talk me through it, the advice freely given was very useful. I bought one knowing there were a couple of issues with it, so I took it in straight away. All I can say is they are friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Following a 'health check' all the issues were sorted and at a cost that didn't give me a heart attack. KL 4x4 will be looking after my new favourite car for years to come (hopefully). They have looked after my Range Rover for years and will continue to do so. They are always honest and reliable. Why go anywhere else? I was asked to update my review - nothing has changed. I have a new RR and they are still the garage I trust to look after it and me. Range Rovers are expensive to look after and it is important to use a place you trust. They are busy for a reason!

I've been taking my Range Rover Sport and Porsche 911 to Langley 4x4 for years, and I've always been impressed with the quality of their service. Roy always takes the time to get to know his customers and the team is made up of mechanics, not just technicians. The staff in the office know their customers from the minute they have walked in and their vehicle they have booked, which avoids needing to give the car reg and be treated like a number on paper. I have always been impressed with their precise diagnostic for those rare occasions when my RR fails and the team have taken the time to explain the problem and not just replace parts. MK
