Been back to these guys a few times and can I just say unbelievable service. Had wheel bearing gearbox and dif oil change and then just today they have re wired my roof and given me full inspection and advice on what to sort on it (they are not convertible specialist but still managed to sort out a few things for me). They take the time to give you all the information you need to get your vehicle sorted and even after I messed them around with what needed doing on my booking they still accommodated me in a reasonable time frame. Cannot thank them enough

My usual independent BMW specialist has shut up shop, much to my dismay as he was excellent. So I looked for a local garage to look after my two BMWs. The reviews for Japex were encouraging and their location was convenient for my commute to London. Booked the Z4 in for an interim service and MoT. Excellent service from the team at Japex, and all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be taking my 530 to them as well.

I was looking for a garage to solve a specific Mazda skyactive diesel engine issue. When I spoke to Danny on the phone I could tell he was an expert. He knew everything about it, spoke me through what the cost might look like and the investigations they would need to do - he was super transparent. He phoned me regularly to update on progress and if extra money needed to be signed off for a more detailed investigation. Good news, he solved the issue with a thorough manual carbon de coke of the engine. He came in under his estimate and even fixed an annoying knocking noise elsewhere that other garages couldn’t solve. The car drives like new. Japex are masters of their craft and they really helped us out - will be using again and would recommend to any one.
