Popped in this branch two Saturdays ago with a mobility car that had a tyre issue. I was greeted politely within a minute or so by a young man named Luke. I explained the situation, he said your car will go into this bay after the fiesta (5 minutes later) I got talking to him and it was just himself and another colleague working, they were busy but worked very well 👏🏻 About half an hour before I had visited the Berkhamstead branch. There were people working on vehicles and also two lads in reception that didn’t look as busy and told me I’d be waiting over two hours for the problem to be resolved. The world needs more Lukes 👏🏻 Shame on the lads at the Berkhamstead branch.

Went to Kwik Fit again, with a stepney on and a burst tyre in the boot, around 8:30 in the morning ( after being offered an appointment for Tuesday -three days later- by slightly closer place) and had an amazing experience. Luke very kindly adjusted my work in between bookings and the job was done very quickly. He even took the warning sign off the screen for me, can't praise this enough 😊

I have been twice in recent weeks for very small jobs but have been very impressed by their friendly welcome and their willingness and speed with which they've helped. A particular mention to Luca and Hameem and to the guy in Reception whose name I have not asked for either time! But a well-deserved 5✨️

Absolutely phenomenal service, my wife and I are from out of town and were driving through with all our kids in the back on an icy Sunday morning, suddenly had loud screeching noises from one wheel. Luke served us promptly politely and skilfully and was the only one available, turned out it was just ice in one of the wheels and he didn’t even charge us. Top quality service will highly recommended to anyone

Look no further Watford. Throughout the week been in and out of 17 car garages just to get a diagnostic. Many have not even looked at my car and magically gave faults and fake diagnostics. However Cousins Garage have really a professional approach from first point of contact. They didn't make me wait around, saw my car within 5 minutes of arriving, plugged in there diagnostic computer and talked me through the error of my car. I can't not mention Chris the mechanic who walked me through the diagnostic, faults and reassuring the work that's needed and advising on day to day running of car to avoid future issues. Also his customer service skill is of high class service standard. Also the owner overlooked everything and great guy and reassuring sorry bud couldnt remember your name.(shiny white t-shirt guy and not a stain on it lol for a mechanic) Not only will I be coming back but recommending, saving time and money for the people of Watford.

Booked an MOT a day in advance. It is indeed done within 1 hour, excellent and straight forward service. Highly recommend for MOTs for busy people who can’t leave a car for a full day at mechanics. It only took them 1-1:30h to sort out my cars MOT. Highly recommend it!

I had my Honda Prelude repaired at Bushey Hall Garage for a bumper. Bushey Hall Garage team were brilliant with the repairs because there is a lot of difficulty with my car due to the rarity. The team did a fantastic job from collection to the full repairs. I will definitely go back for more work on my car.

They have done a great MOT service for me, and they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend! Got my pass in the first round! Last year I went somewhere else close by which I was not happy with that garage as they were trying to add extra non-existing fault on my car! I’m lucky I found this garage now and will only go there since then!

I Was away on work travels and caused some damage to my side skirt, I phoned the garage to see whether they could help me out. They were seriously busy with it being a Friday, but they told me to pop in so they could have a look. They got my car straight in and got the issue sorted there and then. We recently had our car repaired here. It had quite a bit of damage from an unfortunate incident with a lamp post. Anyway, it was a border line decision for us to scrap or repair it, but these guys came up with a reasonable price for the extensive works and we are really pleased with the work they carried out. Car looks goods as new. Works were carried out on time and to a very high standard. Thank you team Bushey Hall.

Overall we had a good experience with this company but it wasn’t completely without issues. Positives - Friendly staff who were very trusting and allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves. They were not pushy at all and we never felt pressured into purchasing at all. Fully refundable deposit too. Purchased a very nice car from them and they dealt with issues we had quite efficiently. Negatives - The car park was extremely packed/small and was hard to navigate (had to get a member of staff to help get us out of a tight spot in the end). There was a few issues with the car/missing items (no service book, no user manual guide, mats missing despite being there during test drive etc). Also mucked up/forgot to do my tax despite paying for it/being advised it was done. However, these problems did get resolved eventually having chased a few times. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend but a shame about the missing items - particularly the mats.

This garage provided an excellent experience when buying my used BMW X1. I've been driving the car for over a week and it is completely as advertised and very well priced. As I was travelling a long way to collect, the garage made sure it was mechanically sound, even going so far to replace the clutch and flywheel only since the biting point was high. On the day, the car developed a misfire which was promptly sorted with the parts coming straight from BMW and fitted immediately. Whilst waiting, the service staff were friendly and most accommodating. The garage kept me well updated throughout the experience and were most helpful in moving the car from one facility to another and picking me up from the train station. I really can't fault them! When I come to buy my next car I will be looking here first. Thank you so much to everyone who gave such an excellent experience, especially Dave, absolute top man!

Used this local garage for the first time recently to diagnose and fix a number of mechanical issues on my son’s Volvo. A very professional and welcoming approach to customer service by reception and the manager, very honest diagnostics and reasonably priced quote considering the huge amount of work needed, plus two new tyres. Went there to change a tyre to have matching tyres on the same axle. A decent place as it got done in about 15 minutes. Shame I had to wait for the garage to open up as the designated person decided to skip work that day. Will use again when needed as they have the tools and knowledge for the job.
