Used this local garage for the first time recently to diagnose and fix a number of mechanical issues on my son’s Volvo. A very professional and welcoming approach to customer service by reception and the manager, very honest diagnostics and reasonably priced quote considering the huge amount of work needed, plus two new tyres. Very good communication, I didn’t have to chase them up at all. Very impressed with the work Kipling Motorist Centre Protyre carried out, the car is running like new again. It is very refreshing to find a good honest transparent and reasonably priced local garage. Highly recommended and I will be using them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an Amazing Experience today. Brought in my Tesla Model 3 (blue) for an MOT. I was curious about the MOT procedure for a Tesla and was observing through the viewing screen (monitor). Was very impressed with the attention to detail the technician had and the effort put in to check if things are okay. Overall, good experience.

Went there to change a tyre to have matching tyres on the same axle. A decent place as it got done in about 15 minutes. Shame I had to wait for the garage to open up as the designated person decided to skip work that day. Will use again when needed as they have the tools and knowledge for the job.
