Very good garage with a selection of very well priced cars and helpful and friendly staff. Recently bought a Kia Ceed from them and both the sales team and the service department went over and above to sort out a minor issue I had with the car. They worked quickly to solve the issue and we're helpful along the way

Overall we had a good experience with this company but it wasn’t completely without issues. Positives - Friendly staff who were very trusting and allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves. They were not pushy at all and we never felt pressured into purchasing at all. Fully refundable deposit too. Purchased a very nice car from them and they dealt with issues we had quite efficiently. Negatives - The car park was extremely packed/small and was hard to navigate (had to get a member of staff to help get us out of a tight spot in the end). There was a few issues with the car/missing items (no service book, no user manual guide, mats missing despite being there during test drive etc). Also mucked up/forgot to do my tax despite paying for it/being advised it was done. However, these problems did get resolved eventually having chased a few times. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend but a shame about the missing items - particularly the mats.

This garage provided an excellent experience when buying my used BMW X1. I've been driving the car for over a week and it is completely as advertised and very well priced. As I was travelling a long way to collect, the garage made sure it was mechanically sound, even going so far to replace the clutch and flywheel only since the biting point was high. On the day, the car developed a misfire which was promptly sorted with the parts coming straight from BMW and fitted immediately. Whilst waiting, the service staff were friendly and most accommodating. The garage kept me well updated throughout the experience and were most helpful in moving the car from one facility to another and picking me up from the train station. I really can't fault them! When I come to buy my next car I will be looking here first. Thank you so much to everyone who gave such an excellent experience, especially Dave, absolute top man!

Not many parking slots for arriving customers,Good customer service, but during our call to set time within chosen appointment day, we been told that car can be dropped off at any time. But on our arrival lovely adviser was telling us we should set the time and because that's wasn't done over the phone it may take much longer than normal scheduled service time (means will have to wait until all other cars are done that day ;( )?

Simon and team made sure when choosing a new car that I was buying what I needed and it would meet my expectations. Simon went above and beyond, checking insurance groups, car tax and parts availability for me. I wasn't rushed or pressurised into making a decision and was able to test drive at my leisure. The New car was delivered to my door in impeccable condition, fully valeted and everything that was needed was explained to me. 3 year warranty taken for piece of mind. Professional service and would 100% recommend this garage.
