I contacted Stratton Pest Control following finding a few mice in my home. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. Tom was punctual and professional, he was extremely reassuring and validating of how this was impacting my well being. He was very informative about mice and was able to answer all the questions I had. He remained calm which was instrumental in reasurring me. I highly recommend Tom to anyone who has a pest issue. I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

Christian came and spent half an hour trying to assess whether we had a wasp nest still. He was patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the end he didn't charge as there was no treatment needed for now, but will certainly contact in the future if needed!

Christian has been out to us twice. Can't fault his manner and service. Absolutely would recommend and use this company again!

We had found something had chewed through one of our electrical cables, so called Get-Ridov to investigate for us. They were really prompt, showing up the next day and doing a thorough investigation. They gave us a detailed plan of next steps to get rid of any pests, as well as actions they could take to make sure they didn't come back. So far results have been very promising!

Mark from Pestech did what seemed impossible. He got rid of our rat infestation that plagued us for nearly 2 years. We had tried several pest control companies before (some highly recommended), spent lots of money on drain surveys, patching up a redundant pipe and were left highly frustrated. We dealt with people who in many cases did not help at all and gave what now seems nonsensical advice. Mark was kind enough to explain every step he was to take and where he suspected the problem was. Within a few weeks the issue was dealt with effectively and we haven't heard or seen any rodent activity since. Wish we had called him earlier. Cannot recommend Pestech highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant service. I heard noises in my loft and was convinced I was housing a 6' long rat! Mark visited within an hour of my initial call and put my mind at rest, turned out to be mice! Contacted Pestech regarding an issue in my loft. Received a call that evening and Mark explained what it could be and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We agreed a time for him to visit which was prompt and he and his colleague were very respectful of my property and inspected my loft and explained everything in great detail. Although no work was carried out due to a management company being responsible their was nothing they could do. Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. I would highly recommended Emergency Pest Control.

We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. Oh my goodness...I'm so so relieved I found this company. Not only friendly, professional, handled the work intelligently and sensitively - 'knows his onions'. Martin did the job thoroughly, went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and I feel safe in my own home again.

Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Wasp Guys were here in less than 24 hours of our call. Provided an honest and straightforward quote over the phone. Christian was friendly and professional, talked us through the process and what to expect. He dealt with both nests, one in the garden and the other in the garage, and was gone within the hour. Would recommend.

After noticing a gathering of wasps by our roof, my husband called Steve and in less than two hours, he and his colleague were here exterminating the nest. They were extremely quick and professional and I would definitely recommend them. He also said that if they were not gone in two days, they would return free of charge to do it again. Great service.

Wasp guys provide a great service. Found a wasps nest in the garden after noticing a lot of them around a particular tree. Called on Friday afternoon and they sent someone on the Monday afternoon. Very happy with how they dealt with the nest quickly and promised to come back without charge if they had not all gone in two days. Fortunately all sorted first time round.
