We had found something had chewed through one of our electrical cables, so called Get-Ridov to investigate for us. They were really prompt, showing up the next day and doing a thorough investigation. They gave us a detailed plan of next steps to get rid of any pests, as well as actions they could take to make sure they didn't come back. So far results have been very promising!

My uncle recently moved into a new house and had a moth problem. Mike came out within a couple of hours, this problem was addressed. Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell he loves his job. If you have a pest control problem give them a shout.

Mark has helped us out on a couple of occasions and has been great. The first time we had a bees nest in the ground at the end of the garden and were worried our dog was going to pay it too much attention, the second time we had a large furry friend in the garden that we wanted to get rid of. Really quick to respond, no fuss. Highly recommended.

Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Was having issues in our new property wasnt comfortable for the last 2 weeks and wasnt sure what it was gave Richard a call and he knew that excactly to do and what was bothering us!!!! I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

Christian came and spent half an hour trying to assess whether we had a wasp nest still. He was patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the end he didn't charge as there was no treatment needed for now, but will certainly contact in the future if needed!

I contacted Stratton Pest Control following finding a few mice in my home. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. Tom was punctual and professional, he was extremely reassuring and validating of how this was impacting my well being. We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. They cover all London and beyond. I thoroughly recommend EPC. Thank you both for a great job!

Jay and Maria did a fantastic job at my parents’ house, both 10 days ago, and today, on their follow-up visit. They were punctual, polite and friendly and managed to communicate well with my father, who is very hard of hearing. They explained clearly what their plan was, and went about safely laying traps and poison for the mice that were in the property. Today, they were able to block the holes that they had identified and fit grills to air bricks, that might have allowed the mice access. Jay and Maria carried out their work on both visits in a professional manner, taking care to put on shoe covers when indoors, and putting anything that needed moving, back where they had found it. Absolutely brilliant service. I heard noises in my loft and was convinced I was housing a 6' long rat! Mark visited within an hour of my initial call and put my mind at rest, turned out to be mice! Contacted Pestech regarding an issue in my loft. Received a call that evening and Mark explained what it could be and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We agreed a time for him to visit which was prompt and he and his colleague were very respectful of my property and inspected my loft and explained everything in great detail. Although no work was carried out due to a management company being responsible their was nothing they could do. Mark from Pestech did what seemed impossible. He got rid of our rat infestation that plagued us for nearly 2 years. We had tried several pest control companies before (some highly recommended), spent lots of money on drain surveys, patching up a redundant pipe and were left highly frustrated. We dealt with people who in many cases did not help at all and gave what now seems nonsensical advice. Mark was kind enough to explain every step he was to take and where he suspected the problem was. Within a few weeks the issue was dealt with effectively and we haven't heard or seen any rodent activity since. Wish we had called him earlier. Cannot recommend Pestech highly enough!
