We a a rat problem one got in to the inner wall and loft there came and sorted this problem out with in 3 visits . We paid extra for full drain inspection and they found out how they were getting in . highly recommend this company

We had found something had chewed through one of our electrical cables, so called Get-Ridov to investigate for us. They were really prompt, showing up the next day and doing a thorough investigation. They gave us a detailed plan of next steps to get rid of any pests, as well as actions they could take to make sure they didn't come back. So far results have been very promising!

He carried out a survey of the property, made recommendations and implemented solutions that have solved our problem. I don’t usually add reviews following the use of a new service, but on this occasion I felt compelled to because the service was above and beyond my expectations. We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. I contacted Stratton Pest Control following finding a few mice in my home. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. Christian came and spent half an hour trying to assess whether we had a wasp nest still. He was patient with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. In the end he didn't charge as there was no treatment needed for now, but will certainly contact in the future if needed!

I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.

The guys did a great job, from first phone call, coming round to quote on the job to doing the job and completing it in a timely way. Very friendly, responsive and professional. I had to get pigeon spikes added to 2 chimney breasts as the pesky things were waking me up every morning with their cooing! The guys have fixed the problem and it didn’t cost much to do so. Great service, called on a Sunday night after hearing something scratching in the walls. Graham arrived 2 hours later, set up traps and surveyed the house as to where it was coming from. Already caught it the next day and came back to dispose of it. Really happy with the service, friendly professional and knowledgeable.
