The guys did a great job, from first phone call, coming round to quote on the job to doing the job and completing it in a timely way. Very friendly, responsive and professional. I had to get pigeon spikes added to 2 chimney breasts as the pesky things were waking me up every morning with their cooing! The guys have fixed the problem and it didn’t cost much to do so. Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Great service, called on a Sunday night after hearing something scratching in the walls. Graham arrived 2 hours later, set up traps and surveyed the house as to where it was coming from. Already caught it the next day and came back to dispose of it. Really happy with the service, friendly professional and knowledgeable.

Great and efficient emergency service by Joseph who dealt with the rodent problem swiftly and explained how to prevent any further issues. Came within an hour upon calling and was also very supportive with the rights and responsibilities of the landlord and tenants.

We had a pigeon problem across all 3 of our roofs. Pigeon spikes and a combination of pigeon nettings were installed in the same day I called. Suffice to say, we no longer have pigeon problems. Tom attended very quickly which was very much appreciated as I was struggling with significant anxiety regarding my situation. I had rats in my property. Christian came and put an access panel in my ceiling so we could access the rats location. First with traps, then poison, coming back to check at time intervals, even returning the next day at my request when I heard a great deal of noise. They also fitted a one way valve on the drain and covers for my air vents. They also directed me to the potential entry point. I would definitely recommend this company.
