The team at Bancroft are fantastic. From start to finish I felt really comfortable, even though I get bad anxiety with anything dentistry related. I went for a wisdom tooth removal under sedation and the whole process was so easy. Around 6-7 days after the removal I had a bit more pain and called the clinic, they had me go in within an hour of my phone call to check all was ok. I would definitely recommend, and I can guarantee no one would ever have a bad experience here, as the staff are so attentive and knowledgeable.

Super easy to book an appointment. Reception staff are so helpful to work around your needs and diary! The visit it’s self was on time without any delay! Lauren was great ! Hygienist - first class service. 45 minutes visit and my smile was worth it !

Sue at reception will instantly make you feel welcome and put you at ease, she is extremely helpful and always a pleasure to see. The dentists will explain all treatments clearly to you so you know exactly what is happening, and take your personal needs into account. The practice itself is pristine, and modern. I feel confident it Bancroft’s ability to offer me the best dental care.

Recently attended my 6 month check up and hygienist visit. As always, a pleasure to see Sue, Frank and the team. Everyone is so friendly and professional. All the team know how scared I am to have any treatment and they have always been extremely sympathetic, caring and very patient with me! To anyone nervous of the dentist, like myself, I highly recommend Bancroft Dental Practice.

First time I had been to dentist in 10 years due to a bad experience, I was under the care of Krishan Kanzaria. I have never been treated as kind and with as much compassion as I have been under Krishnas care. He dose not advise as a nervous patient specialist however he needs to ! Krishna uses a range of state of the art equipment, giving you a full understanding of your situation. Then after explaining everything and discussing options will work out a tailored treatment plan. once you see Krishna you will not see another dentist!

Such a lovely experience at Arch Dental Care (how often can you say that about a trip to the dentist!). All the staff were so professional and friendly, and made m daughter feel at ease throughout the checkup. The dentist explained everything clearly and and my daughter left very happy with her trip! The clinic seemed very clean and well-equipped, and receptionists very helpful and approachable. Highly recommend for anyone needing a good dentist!

I've been a patient of Vikash Dave for many years. He's an excellent dentist. It's always a pleasure to see him (how many of us can say that about going to the dentists?). He has a very thorough approach, taking time to explain any issues. When I've had to have work done, it has always been painless and with high quality results. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Today I went for a root canal with Shivan Patel and his assistant who were absolutely incredible!! As a nervous patient who has only ever been sedated and never experienced an injection i was amazed at how painless the whole experience was. They were so so lovely, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and honestly only thing that wasn't the nicest was achy jaw because of keeping mouth open, other than that it was absolutely fine and if I can do it ANYONE CAN!!! Didn't hurt at all, didn't even feel the injections only tasted it a bit (yuk), also I'm a fainter and I didn't feel faint... Thank you all so much for looking after me today 💕

We went to this dentist, and the staff were very polite and friendly, and very understanding of my child who has special needs. The dentist (Rajan) took the time and patience and understood that my child has special needs and made it a pleasant experience for them. We have booked to return here for the follow up visit.

A good experience. I had 3 teeth removed and a denture fitted. Anil was professional and very gentle. Unfortunately I got an infection but antibiotics were issued promptly and although it took a few days to sort itself out, I was given advice and follow up appointments to make sure everything was as it should be. Would highly recommend.

Great service, needed a urgent appointment and fitted me in very quickly whilst also managing around my work schedule. All work and future options clearly explained without any pressure to have additional work done.

This was my first time visiting No1 High Street Dental since moving to Hitchin, and I didn't really know what to expect. The foundation dentist, Nora, was really lovely. Nora was reassuring, helped make me feel at ease during my treatment (as I suffer with high anxiety), and even provided aftercare advice, which I never got at my last dentist! The reception team are also so lovely and kind. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve only recently started at this dental surgery after quite a few years of not going! My teeth badly needed cleaning due to smoking etc. I suffer with bad dental pain just from cleaning and was quite anxious about going to the hygienist. I needn’t have been though. They were very understanding and patient with me and used a numbing gel before cleaning. Amazing stuff. I wish I had been offered this by my previous dentists years ago then I would have gone more regularly. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

When my front crown became wobbly and then fell out I was given a very quick appointment and I soon looked human again!

I have been coming to this practice for over ten years. I broke a molar which had already had a lot of repair work. Dentist Manish created a mould and rebuilt my tooth with Amalgam. It's probably one of the best teeth in my head. She is a great surgeon and craftswoman and specialist. I'm always happy to see her as I know the outcome will be the best possible. Mr Katchi too of course is great and fixed my toothache within 15 mins. Jackie on reception, is lovely, dedicated and a perfectionist and got me an emergency appointment during a very busy time. Thank you all, you now look after my entire family !

Always scared of the dentist as my teeth are sensitive so when Mr Katchi said I needed them cleaned by the hygienist as I hadn’t been for a checkup since before lockdown and my teeth were badly stained, I wound myself up good and proper…however Rebecca was brilliant, she said it wouldn’t hurt at all and it didn’t ( and no injection needed). I thought my teeth discolouration was due to age but after about 20 minutes they look amazing and ‘no pain’ Why has it taken me so long to find a brilliant hygienist??, I won’t worry about going to see Rebecca again, in fact my teeth feel and look so good, I can’t wait! Highly recommended.

I needed an emergency appointment as I was in agony for what looks like nerve damage that will need root canal treatment. Fitted me in on the same day to deal with the pain (temp fix) fixed price (which was reasonable) x rayd, drilled, treated, pain free by that evening. Highly recommended!!!!!

I visited this dental clinic for a teeth whitening treatment with Dr. Cici. She was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain how to properly care for my teeth. What touched me the most was that even during her time off on holiday, she still responded to my questions. Dr. Cici is someone I wholeheartedly recommend — she’s extremely responsible and, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve ever met. When I next visit London, I’ll definitely consider getting Invisalign treatment with her.

I am a regular patient at Parkview and visited yesterday for my routine hygienist appointment. As always, the two girls on reception were friendly and helpful, despite being constantly busy. I saw a new (to me) hygienist and her dental assistant, both very friendly. She was so thorough and gave me the best hygienist treatment that I’ve ever had. I love my new shiny teeth and just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Parkview. Just hope this hygienist is still there for my next hygienist appointment 🤞👏

Went to see dentist CiCi for some fillings and jet polish and so very happy with the result! Completely painless and didn’t even need local anaesthetic injections because she was so gentle. Gave me lots of breaks because I have TMJ, so my jaw gets sore after being open for a while, and didn’t rush at all - I felt like she gave me the time I needed and am so glad I have found her. She has also been doing check ups for my 1 year old and was so great with him too! And her dental nurse was very kind letting him watch cartoons on the computer whilst I was having my check up done, so we could all get through the appointment as calmly as possible. So glad I’ve found them both and happy they are now our family dentist!

I had a wonderful experience with my dentist Cici Qian! She was extremely considerate throughout my visit and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She took her time, was very patient, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how she answered all my questions in detail and ensured I fully understood the procedures. One thing that really stood out was how thorough she was — before, during, and after the treatment. She even took pictures of my teeth before and after, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was great to actually see the difference and understand the work that had been done. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about her patients and goes the extra mile. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment with her, which says a lot coming from someone who’s usually nervous about dental visits!

I am so happy with this dental surgery. All of the staff are lovely and my dentist Priyanka is great. She is very firm and honest but also kind. I'm an incredibly nervous patient so when I was told I needed a tooth extraction, I was terrified. Both Priyanka and the nurse were so patient with me during the extraction and surprisingly, I was in and out really fast! Now I am actually looking forward to visiting the hygienist. I am on a mission to get my teeth/gums in good health and I can't thank this surgery enough for getting me to this point.

I would just like to thank the Letchworth dental practise for the excellent response and treatment they gave me when I turned up with a tooth abscess. This happened on Friday 28th March at 2pm at which point I was informed there were no emergency appointments, however when I explained I was going on holiday to Morocco in the early hours of the following Tuesday the receptionist had a word with the dentists and suggested I can sit in the waiting room and would be seen if a gap in the schedule materialised. I am pleased to say I was seen within 30 minutes and prescribed anti-biotics. On Monday at 08.30 I again approached the surgery as I felt the anti-biotics were minimising the effects however there was still a fair amount of pain. I was offered an appointment at 4pm and subsequently explained to the dentist I was worried I would run out of anti-biotics while still on holiday I was prescribed a second dose of anti-biotics and an Xray which confirmed issues in the root canal. So, thank you very much, I am pleased to say that by Tuesday evening things were improving and I am currently pain free. Many thanks from a grateful patient regards
